Alex Carter, age 21, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. He worked with his sister at her restaurant “Johnny Rays” BBQ in Chelsea, Alabama.

Memorial Services were held at Charter Funeral Home on Thursday, July 1, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. with a visitation from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

He was preceded in death by his grandmom, Sue Perry. Survivors include his mother, Linda Riopel, father, Jimmy Carter; sister, Miranda Carter; brother, Jeremy Carter; niece, Juliana; granddad, Howard Perry, uncles, Roger Perry (Debra), Bill Perry (Melanie), grandparents, Eugene and Jean Carter.

Arrangements were under the direction of Charter Funeral Home.
