Stephens College of Business at the University of Montevallo, had a paper titled “Coalignment of Observed Versus Expected Practices in an Organizational Change Initiative: A Qualitative Case Study” accepted for publication in the upcoming edition of the Journal of Case Research in Business and Economics.
