Dear Editor,

In studying the proposed limestone quarry in Vincent, you immediately find that the city officials, generally, do not reflect the community’s feelings on this issue.

It’s funny how the Vincent mayor and council remind me of the Jefferson County Commission.

Obviously there is a total lack of leadership.

From the midnight meetings with the quarry representatives, to the continued contentious attitude toward the public, like JeffCo, they refuse to look at or even consider other ideas or options.
