Funeral service for Kathleen Myers, age 86, of Alabaster, will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Patrick Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Pelham City Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Bolton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Myers, who passed away on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, at her home, was born on June 1, 1923 in Birmingham.

She is survived by her children, Eason (Carol) Hilyer, Johnny (Henri) Beaulieu, Charles Hilyer, Sheril (Jean) Hilyer, Joyce (Ken) Hardy; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brother, B.W. (Jo) Oldham; sister, Vera (Jack) Tennison and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
