Dave William Killingsworth, 81, of Calera, died Sept. 11, 2009 in Alabaster.
Visitation will be held Sunday, Sept. 13, 2099 from 6-8 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church #1.
Funeral services will be Monday, Sept. 14 at 11 a.m. at the church with the Rev. Allen Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
He will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Burnie Killingsworth, Sr., and Henrietta Samples; and his wives, Jean Killingsworth and Katherine Killingsworth.
He is survived by his stepson, James C. Hardeman of Decatur, Ga.; sister, Ann K. Griffin of Suntree, Fla.; sister-in-law, Joyce Killingsworth of Montevallo; three nieces; six nephews; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
