Graveside service for Ruth S. Vick, 84, of Shelby, will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at Shelby Garden of Rest.
Mrs. Vick, who passed away Friday, Sept. 18, 2009, at a local hospital, was born Jan. 10, 1925 in Talladega County.
She was retired from US Steel with 34 years of service as a telegraph operator.
She is survived by a host of friends.
