Inverness senior living community names chef

Chef Paul Seery, Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Foundation, has been named the new Executive Chef at Danberry at Inverness.

Chef Seery has more than 30 years experience in hotel, restaurant and country club dining.

He has served as Banquet Manager for Hyatt Regency Hotels as well as Food and Beverage Manager for Sheraton and Hilton Hotels.

His most recent position was as Purchasing Director for the Culinard at Virginia College.

Chef Seery graduated from a Culinary Arts Program at Walt Disney World and attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

He has worked for 15 years with Club Corporation of America and was the recipient of the 1987 Club of the Year Award for Country Clubs as well as the 1992 Club of the Year Award for City Clubs in the Southeast region.
