Funeral service for Charles Ray, 76, of Columbiana, will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ray Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Ray, who passed away Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at his home, was born on April 28, 1933, in Shelby County.
After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Ray worked with Liberty National Life Insurance Co. for 14 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Floyd and Mayo Ray.
He is survived by his wife, Billie Ray; six children; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; two sisters and a host of other family and friends.
