Nov. 27

-Unlawful possession of prescription medications/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered were two syringes believed to be used to inject illegal narcotics, one aluminum can used to cook heroin for injecting and 1 gram (.5 grams Alprazalom and .5 grams of 2 milligram Alprazalom schedule four.

-Assault from Highway 31 and Industrial Road (highway, street).

-Information only from the 2000 block of First Avenue Southwest.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 300 block of Lane Park Trail, Maylene (other, unknown). Stolen were a purse valued at $40, a Regions Visa debit card, $250 in cash and a checkbook.

Nov. 28

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of 12th Street Southwest. Damaged were two storm windows in the amount of $400.

-Information only from the 1500 block of Navajo Hills.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 1400 block of Windsor Court.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of First Street South (specialty store). Stolen was a beanbag chair valued at $38.88.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Washington Lane.

-Animal compliant “barking dogs” from the 100 block of Reese Circle.

-Information only from the 900 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Highway 119 (highway, street). Recovered were 2 grams, green leafy substance believed to be marijuana in a pill bottle.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Fourth Avenue Northwest (highway, street). Recovered were 1.3 grams, cellophane bag containing marijuana and end of marijuana cigarette valued at $10.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from a Shell Station (service, gas station). Recovered was a glass pipe believed to be used to smoke crack cocaine.

Nov. 29

-Information from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of 11th Place Southwest.

-Theft of property from Woodbrook Trail. Stolen was a Samsung AT&T cell phone valued at $125 and a ladies’ jacket valued at $86.

-Harassment from Burger King drive through, Highway 119 (commercial).

-Information from 916 Fourth Ave. S.W.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of prescription medication from Cannon gas station, Highway 31 (service, gas station). Recovered were 4.5 grams, cellophane bag containing green leafy substance, 2.5 grams cellophane bag containing green leafy substance, and .25 grams, two Colonazepam 1-milligram one Colonazepam .5 milligram.

-Domestic dispute from Highway 31 (highway, street).

Nov. 30

-Theft of property from 250 South Colonial Drive. Stolen were a $15 Target gift card and a $50 Banana Republic gift card.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college).

-Harassing communications from the Internet.

-Theft of property/found property from the 3500 block of U.S. Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were food items valued at $19.50 and a purse containing an Alabama driver’s license and a box cutter.

-Theft of property from the 250 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were two bottles of champagne valued at $92.

-Domestic violence incident/domestic violence-third/harassment from the 100 block of Meadowlark Place.

-Recovered counterfeit bills from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (commercial). Recovered were three $10-bills and one $5-bill.

-Harassment from the 100 block of King James Court.

Dec. 1

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen were tips by credit card in the amount of $51.70, money owed to O’Charley’s on a credit card in the amount of $171.05, a “money bank” item valued at $33 and a pay check in the amount of $37.

-Theft of property from the 250 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were two bottles of Moet champagne valued at $80.98.

-Theft of property from 100 South Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Stolen were 13 Nintendo DS games valued at $334.87.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument from 100 South Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Confiscated, seized were three counterfeit $100-bills.

-Doug complaint from the 1200 block of Amberly Woods Drive (highway, street).

-Counterfeit bill recovered from the 780 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Forged and recovered was a $5 counterfeit bill.

-Possession of forged instrument/theft of property from the 200 block of Leaf Lane. Stolen were $20 in cash, medication, three checks on a Wachovia accounts and $500 in funds from a Wachovia account.

Dec. 1

-Criminal trespass/criminal mischief from the 3000 block of County Road 16.

-Property damage from the 2000 block of County Road 89 (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $7,000 was a Ford F-150 XL.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 100 block of Overhill Road. Stolen were a custom golf club with head cover valued at $257.04.

Dec. 2

-Criminal trespass from the 700 block of 10th Street.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 8361 U.S. Highway 31 (convenience store). Stolen were two silver watches valued at $10.

-Burglary/theft from the 100 block of Waterford Cove Drive. Stolen were a china cabinet valued at $1,500, a keyboard stand valued at $50, a portable basketball goal with stand valued at $200, a 5-foot stepladder valued at $150, an 8-foot stepladder valued at $250 and tools and a bag valued at $100.

-Theft from the 4700 block of U.S. Highway 31 (bank). Stolen was $2, 500.

-Domestic incident from 132 County Road 87 (parking lot, garage).

-Harassing communications from the 1800 block of 22nd Avenue.

-Credit cards and debit cards, illegal possession from the 100 block of County Road 87 (convenience store). Stolen were seven cartons of cigarettes valued at $350.44.

Dec. 5

-Property damage from Interstate 65, 230, northbound (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $3,000 was a 1996 GMC Z71.

-Criminal mischief from the 5100 block of U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $250 was a 21010 Buck Enclave.

Dec. 7

-Burglary from the 1600 block of County Road 84 (commercial). Stolen a “heat and cool” window air conditioning unit valued at $300.

-Burglary/theft from the 4873 Stonecreek Way. Damaged was a window. Stolen was a 32-inch flat screen television.

-Theft from the 2100 bock of Victory Way. Stolen was $13,000.

-Possession of controlled substances/possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby Street and Railroad Avenue (highway, street). Recovered were an amber pill bottle containing a clear liquid and a syringe with a small amount of unknown brownish red substance.

-Domestic violence from 201 Graham St.

-Lost and found from Highway 119 and American Village (highway, street). Recovered was a checkbook style leather wallet.

-Theft of property from Domino’s Pizza restaurant parking lot. Stolen/recovered were a Boost mobile Motorola 1776 cell phone.

Dec. 4

-Harassment/criminal mischief from Samford Street (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $500 was a right front fender and passenger door on a 1990 Chevrolet Lumina.

-Criminal mischief from Samford Street (highway, street). Damaged was a driver’s side front door.

-Burglary/theft of property from University Trailer Park. Stolen were $150 and a Sony 8 mm camcorder.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Spring Creek Road. Stolen was a utility trailer valued at $1,400.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Comanche Street. Stolen were 90 10-milligram Lortab pills valued at $50 and five-six 7.5-milligram Lortab pills valued at $15.

-Property damage from the 3900 block of Highway 25 (convenience store). Damaged in the amount of $900 was a rear spoiler and trunk on a 2003 Kia Spectra.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 25 (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were four greeting cards valued at $1, a cocoa butter crme valued at $1.65 and Goody’s headache powder valued at $2.85.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 11 at County Road 332 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a silver spoon containing burnt residue and three syringe needles.
