Mildred Faye McAnally Ray finalized her journey through this world Monday, Nov. 30, 2009 to be with her heavenly father.
Our precious, dear mother was a dedicated wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and a precious friend to many.
Our mother is survived by four loving children, Cynthia R. Salser (Bruce), Karen R. Henderson (Chuck), Jerry W. Ray (Pam), and Darrell A. Ray; five lovable grandchildren, Andrew R. Salser, Jill S. Morton (Darren), Jeremy W. Ray, Christa L. Ray and Jacob L. Henderson; and one great-grandchild, Peyton N. Morton.
In addition, she is survived by three brothers, J. Wayne Clark (Susan), David McAnally (Judy) and Steve McAnally (Barbara); sister, Emily Howard (Lou).
Our mother was preceded in death by her loving husband, Willard W. Ray; mother, Thelma M. Clark; brother, William R. Clark; and sister, Edith Coley.
Visitation was at Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009 from 6-8 p.m.
Services were also at Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, at 11 a.m. Burial followed at Pine Lawn Cemetery in Columbiana.
