Funeral service for Elizabeth M. Jackson, age 89, of Sterrett formerly of Calera, was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, 2009, at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial followed in Shelby Memory Gardens. The Rev. Jimmy Jones officiated.
Visitation was held Sunday, Dec. 27, 2009, from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Jackson, who passed away on Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009, was born Dec. 8, 1920, in North Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Jackson and son, Jerry Jackson.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Michelle (Roger) Cain; and great-grandson Colton Cain.
