Seven Pelham High School wrestlers pinned their opponent to lead the Panthers to a 52-12 win over visiting Clay-Chalkville on senior night Jan. 25.

Chandler Wood (103), Cody Wehunt (130), Chase Mote (135), Taylor Anchors (145), Hudson Pitts (152), P.J. Williams (160) and Aubrey Hamilton (171) each won by pin against the Cougars. Anchors and Pitts were honored as the team’s two seniors.

Drew Myers picked up a 10-0 major decision in his 215-pound match. Brooks Haley won by forfeit and both teams forfeited in the 119-pound match.

Robby Brantley (125) and Chandler Wood (Heavyweight) each lost by decision. Chandler Heard (112) was pinned by his Clay-Chalkville opponent.
