The Davis Family Mortgage Retirement Fund was established in honor of fallen Pelham Police officer Philip Davis, who was gunned down Dec. 4, 2009. The fund’s committee has planned to raise $200,000 by Feb. 1 to retire the mortgage of the Davis family home. Davis left behind a wife, Paula, and two children.
