-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Third Place Southeast. Recovered were 7.25 green leafy substance believed to be marijuana in a cellophane bag.

-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Elm Drive. Damaged was a Crimson Tide elephant concrete statue valued at $30.

-Theft of property from 100 Warrior Drive (school, college). Stolen was an Apple iPhone valued at $648.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Fran Drive. Stolen electronics valued at $4,429 and well as a Compass Bank checkbook.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Falling Waters Way. Stolen were a Sig Saur 556 rifle valued at $1,900, a plastic rifle case valued at $40 and an 1896 Jorgense 30-06 rifle valued at $650.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cohill Drive. Stolen were five pairs of ladies shoes valued at $233, a Sponge Bob tin valued at $25, a cell phone charger valued at $12, an iPod Touch valued at $238, 10 pairs of sunglasses valued at $100 and $60 in U.S. currency.

-Forgery/theft of property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen were food and three gift cards valued at $322.48.

-Driving under the influence/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 9500 block of County Road 17 (highway, street). Recovered were .05 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $20, a metal pipe fashioned as a cigarette used to smoke marijuana valued at $10 and 1 gram Methocarbamol valued at $30.

-Damage to property from U.S. Highway 31 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a boat prop in the amount of $800.
