Rickard Dale Johnson, age 63, of Pinson, formerly of Montevallo, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, in Birmingham.
Mr. Rickard was a retired military man of thirty-two years.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Johnson; daughter, JoAnna Marie Johnson of Pinson; sons, Steven Johnson (Barbara) of Kansas and Christopher Johnson (Jennifer) of Kansas; brother, Gary Johnson (Andra) of Montgomery; two grandchildren; uncle, O.D. Mitchum (Sheron) of Geneva, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, from 6-8 p.m. for friends at Rockco Funeral Home in Montevallo. Funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, at 1 p.m. in Rockco Chapel with burial following in Macedonia Cemetery, Pea Ridge. Pastors Jan Nash and Tim Nash will officiate.
