Feb. 16

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property (deception) from the 500 block of Highway 304, Calera. Stolen was $900 in U.S. currency.

-Trespassing from the 6000 block of County Road 71, Shelby (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Highway 25, Wilton (convenience store). Stolen were a container of cash and coins valued at $400.

Feb.17

-Unlawful possession marijuana/drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 North at mile marker 228, Calera (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 2.7 grams of marijuana and a silver metal marijuana pipe with burnt marijuana residue.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 47 at Howard Tire (service, gas station). Confiscated, seized was a syringe with needle.

-Assault from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Indian Forest Trail, Birmingham. Listed were two rocking chairs and a half wicker table.

-Harassing communications from the 27500 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville.

-Property damage/driving under the influence from County Road 47 at County Road 46 (field, woods). Damaged were a wood fence and a wire fence in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1500 block of Highway 32, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Highway 50, Vandiver.

-Community notification violation from the 200 block of Hardy Drive, Vincent.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Berry Lane, Montevallo. Stolen was a license plate.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from Monte Tierra, Montevallo (other, unknown). Stolen was a .32-caliber Beretta firearm valued at $350.

-Burglary from Highway 11, Chelsea. Stolen was clothing.

-Theft of lost property from Wal-mart, 16077 Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Recovered were a leather strap purse, a Samsung flip phone, two debit cards, four checkbooks, a MasterCard and five credit cards.

-Permitting dogs to run at large/animal bite from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 600 Building of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1500 block of Springfield Loop East,

-Criminal mischief/theft of property from the 100 block of Merry Fox Farms Road, Alabaster (commercial). Damaged were two air condition units in the amount of $4,000. Stolen was copper wire valued at $750.

-Criminal mischief from Persimmon Lane, Columbiana (storage facility). Damaged was an exterior door in the amount of $49.09.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene.

-Domestic violence menacing from the 53000 block of 25, Vandiver.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (drug store). Forged was a $20 bill.

-Forgery from the 4200 block of Seven Barks Road, Birmingham.

-Interference with child custody from Steamboat Drive, Shelby.

-Forgery from the 400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (commercial).

-Identity theft from Sunset Lakes Circle, Chelsea.

-Furnish/sell alcohol to minor/minor -possession of alcohol/public lewdness from Highway 119 and Highway22 (Pit Stop Gas Station) (convenience store).

-Death investigation from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Missing person from the 1200- block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from unknown. Stolen were a Gucci wallet valued at $350, a checkbook and a Social Security card.

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the left side of a Hyundai Elantra in the amount of $250.

-Harassment from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Damage to property from Highway 29, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged were a front bumper and grill.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college). Recovered were 1.6 grams, a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance, a peach colored pipe containing marijuana residue and a clear pipe containing marijuana residue.

-Civil dispute from the 1600 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 1700 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of Inverness Cove Way, Birmingham. Stolen were an Apple iPod valued at $90 and an Apple iPod FM connector valued at $40.

-Found property from Polo Downs, Chelsea (highway, street). Recover was a USA Today paper box.

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Mary Fox Farms, Saginaw. Damaged was a window and interior walls.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Asbury Way, Birmingham (church). Forged was a check in the amount of $403.50.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Twin Oaks Way, Chelsea. Stolen were a picture with signature valued at $175, coins valued at $300, clothes valued at $100, a belt valued at $40, a belt buckle valued at $60 and a clothing item valued at $18.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were money orders for $680 and $43.05.

-Identity theft from the 3500 block of North Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 500 block of Cove Road, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 5400 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

Feb. 21

-Theft of property from Brooklane Drive, Wilsonville. Stolen was a miniature longhaired dachshund, black and tan, “Oscar” valued at $500.

-Fire investigation from County Road 39 and County Road 331, Chelsea (field, woods). Damaged were 1.5 acres of wooded land.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett.

-Animal complaint-dog bite from Battle Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds.

-Property damage from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. Listed was grass in front of a building.

-Property damage from Swann Drive, Birmingham. Damaged were nine chickens and a duck in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was $20 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal mischief from the 3300 block of Culloden Way, Birmingham. Damages were a pane glass window in the amount of $150, spray paint on a front driver’s side panel in the amount of $100 and glue and mustard poured on to the hood of a truck in the amount of $100.

-Burglary from the 100 block of McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville. Stolen were $40 in coins.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Morris Estates, Wilsonville.

-Burglary from the 2300 block of Highway 45, Sterrett. Damaged were a rear window in the amount of $275 and a Kenmore heat pump (copper cut out) in the amount of $1,800. Stolen were a copper gas line valued at $200 and a gas regulator provided by Economy Gas.

-Theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen were a purse valued at $50, a debit card, driver’s license and checkbook.

-Domestic violence-assault from Chism Circle.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Stolen were $800 cash in a brown leather wallet and an i580 Nextel cell phone valued at $219.

-Burglary from the 900 Building of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a metal tier plant stand valued at $20, shoes, a large mirror valued at $100, two pictures of tulips valued at $50, a large magnolia print valued at $50, an electric blanket valued at $20 and CDs. The photos were in frames.

-Death investigation from the 1300 block of Old Highway 31, Alabaster.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 300 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Northfork Road, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 300 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Spring Creek Way, Shelby. Recovered was a small green pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Domestic violence from the 300 block of Highway 315, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 100 block of Prince Road, Vincent.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Highway 416, Wilsonville (other, unknown). Stolen was a debit card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle from the 5800 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham. Stolen were a global positioning system valued at $100 and a cell phone car charger valued at $20. Damaged were a driver’s door and window in the amount of $150.

-Child endangerment from Smyer Lake Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from Southwood Drive. Stolen were a Black and Decker air compressor valued at $400 and golf clubs with a Ping driver and a Callaway driver valued at $1,000.

Feb. 23

-Community notification violation (failure to provide 30 day intent to move) from Green Lane, Shelby.

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 2300 block of Smokey Road.
