Funeral service for Buddy Roach, age 71, of Columbiana, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Columbiana City Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home.
Mr. Roach, who passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010, at his home, was born March 3, 1939, in Straven. Buddy was a member of the First Assembly of God in Columbiana and a lifelong resident of Columbiana.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Bobbie Roach; sons, Jackie “J.B.” Roach and David Belton “Crockett” Woods.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Roach; children Debbie (Douglas) Beasley, Nellie (Johnny) Salster and Gordon (Peggy) Woods; sister, Daisy Caver; a host grandchildren and great grandchildren a host of other family and friends.
