Coosa Valley Academy pitcher Justin Floyd struck out four batters and allowed only one hit to lead the Rebels to a 10-0 win over Lyman Ward in high school baseball action April 5.

Coosa Valley was led offensively by several Rebels with two hits each.

Ricky Ellison had a double and a single. Hunter Winslett, Garrett McMillian, Gage Holmes and Will Bullen had two singles each.

The win helps the Rebels improve to 22-8 overall and 9-1 in AISA Class 1A, Region 1.
