Nine Shelby County soccer players have been selected for the Alabama High School Athletic Association’s North-South All-Star games in Huntsville in July.

Allyson Jennings of Briarwood Christian, Lauren Swee of Chelsea, Annalika Steyn of Spain Park, Megan Dancy of Oak Mountain and Dabney Hofammann of Indian Springs School have been selected to participate on the North squad in the girls’ all-star game.

Phillip Dublin of Pelham, Jackson O’Neal of Spain Park, Chris Burris of Briarwood Christian and John Imwalle of Oak Mountain were selected to play for the North in the boys’ all-star game.

The soccer all-stars will play a doubleheader Monday, July 12, at John Hunt Park. The girls play at 5 p.m. followed by the boys at 7 p.m.
