March 26

-Harassment from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college).

March 29

-Domestic incident from the 10 block of Shadow Drive.

-Found property from Knox Mobile Home Park, Highway 17, Maylene. Recovered was a Schrade Old Timer hunting knife.

-Criminal littering from Kingwood School (school, college).

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Maylene Lane, Maylene (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a chain link fence section between two posts.

-Information only from the 100 block of Weatherly Club Drive (restaurant).

-Information from the 1900 block of First Street South (service, gas station).

March 30

-Theft of property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a My Passport hard drive valued at $79, a Griffin charger valued at $38.96 and an iPhone headset valued at $28.98.

-Damage to property from the 200 block of First Street North (government, public building). Damaged was a phone console speaker box.

-Violation of leash law from the 1000 block of Sixth Court Southwest.

-Information from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Seventh Street Southeast.

-Information from Colonial Promenade. Stolen were two checks valued at a total of $4,000.

-Damage to property from 1022 Highway 31 (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2001 Ford Focus.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65, mile marker 235 southbound (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet vehicle driver side and rear bumper.

March 31

-Theft of property from First Street North (commercial). Stolen was $136 in cash.

-For information only from the 1000 block of Windsor Court.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Mountain Parkway, Maylene.

-Identity theft from unknown in New York.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from Olive Garden, 20 Colonial Drive (restaurant). Involved was a 2001 Acura 3.2 CL.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from Best Buy, Colonial Drive (department store).

March 30

-Burglary from Mayfair Lane. Stolen were a Sanyo LCD item valued at $296, a PlayStation II valued at $60, an Xbox 360 valued at $299 and 40 Xbox games valued at $800.

-Domestic incident from Highway 31 at County Road 6 (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from Meriweather Drive.

-Harassment from the 5100 block of Highway 31 (convenience store).

-Theft/criminal mischief from Lot No. 17, Chesapeake Subdivision (construction). Stolen was copper tubing valued at $10. Damaged was dry wall in the amount of $250.

-Burglary/theft from the 700 block of Waterford Lane. Stolen were 1996 and 1997 state championship rings valued at $2,200, a HP 40-inch flat panel television valued at $1,400, an Acer laptop valued at $1,300, a Compaq laptop valued at $800, a PlayStation 3 valued at $250, CDs valued at $80 and eight PlayStation 3 games valued at $480.

-An incident from the 700 block of Waterford Lane (same case number as above). Stolen were meat valued at $75 and two Canon digital cameras valued at $290. Damaged was a front doorframe in the amount of $200.

-An incident from Highway 70 at Waterford (highway, street). Damaged was a Mercury Sable.

-Domestic incident from 270 Treehaven Lane.

-Harassing communications from 270 Treehaven Lane.

-Theft from Lot 72 Oakwell Street (construction). Stolen was lumber valued at $850.

-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of 18th Street.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Macon Court.

April 1

-Theft from the 11000 block of Alabama Highway 25. Listed were bolt cutters and copper wire in a blue basket.

-Credit cards and debit cards: illegal possession; fraudulent use from 11843 Alabama Highway 25 (convenience store). Stolen was a Shell fuel card.

-Criminal mischief from the 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chrysler Sebring and vehicle parts valued at $1,600.

April 2

-Assault from 169 Supercenter Drive (restaurant).

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 1000 block of Village Trail. Stolen were a Bersa Thunder 380 pistol valued at $429, a Tom Tom navigation system valued at $199, U.S. coins valued at $15, a leather purse/wallet valued at $10 and a daily drug dispenser Aleve/Flomax valued at $10.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 1000 block of Village Trail. Stolen was a Black and Decker 18-volt battery chainsaw valued at $100.

-Animal complaint/harassment from 80 Dogwood Lane.

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of 10th Street.

April 3

-Domestic incident from the 2400 block of County Road 75.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 8000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (government, public building). Stolen was a bank card/debit card.

-Identity theft/theft from the 800 block of Savannah Lane (other, unknown). Stolen was $2,968.32 in U.S. currency.

April 4

-Theft from U.S. Highway 31. Stolen was $70 in change.

Columbiana

March 31

-Unlawful break and enter vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Highway 47 (commercial). Stolen was a car stereo. Damaged were windows, driver’s and passenger doors broken.

-Harassment from in the area of Depot Street (highway, street).

April 1

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Kelley Lane (field, woods). Damaged was sod/grass in a field damaged by a vehicle.

April 3

-Assault from the 200 block of West College Street (supermarket).

April 4

-Theft of property from Emma Lane. Stolen was an 80-ound trust trolling motor valued at more than $1,000.

March 29

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Teal Circle. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

March 30

-Fraudulent use of credit card/debit card from undisclosed (bank, commercial). Stolen was $269 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Driving under the influence-controlled substance from County Road 52 at Colonial Pipe (highway, street).

-Theft of property (by deception)/criminal possession of forged instrument from Wachovia Bank, 2261 Pelham Parkway (bank). Stolen was $2.780.

March 31

-Domestic violence from the 200 block of Huntley Apartment Drive.

April 1

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from Valleydale Mobile Home Park. Stolen were a wallet valued at $5, $150 in U.S. currency, four Social Security cards, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $23, an Alabama Food stamp card, a Colonial Bank Visa check card and a Visa prepaid card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from Valleydale Mobile Home Park. Stolen were a Kenwood CD player valued at $125, a wallet valued at $10, paperwork and a Mexican driver’s license.

-Municipal code violation -accumulation unlawful from the 1800 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

April 2

-Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Pelham Mall (highway, street).

-Found property from Publix parking lot, 365 Huntley Parkway. Recovered was a small bag of suspected marijuana valued at $10.

-Harassing communications from Cahaba Manor Drive.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Terrace Drive (other, unknown). Stolen were an 8.0 horsepower outboard motor valued at $1,110 and a Honda pressure washer valued at $2,163.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Highway 361.

-Assault from the 100 block of Belle Vista.

April 3

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Ballantrae Parkway at the guard shack (highway, street). Recovered were a multi-colored glass pipe containing burnt suspected marijuana residue valued at $20, a Zig-Zag cigarette roller valued at$10 and a pack of JOB 1.25 rolling papers valued at $5.

April 4

-Theft of property/recovered stolen property from Green Park Mobile Home Park. Stolen and recovered was a 1999 GMC Denali valued at $5,000,

-Miscellaneous information from a business on the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was a Navigation global positioning system valued at $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 1400 block of Huntley Apartment Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1997 Ford Taurus in the amount of $2,000.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 South (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Lincoln Mark LT pickup truck in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Willow Bend Road. Stolen were two Sony PlayStation 3 wireless controllers and a Sony PlayStation 3 valued at $549, 20 Sony PlayStation video games valued at $1,000 and two Magicsing wireless microphones valued at $300.

-Public intoxication from 2170 Pelham Parkway, Valleydale Mobile Home Park.
