Freddie Andrew Steele, age 75, a resident of Columbiana, passed away Monday, May 10, 2010. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010, at Bolton Funeral Home with the Rev. Lee Bevans officiating. Burial will follow in West Jefferson Cemetery in Quinton. Visitation will be Saturday, May 15, 2010, from 10-11 a.m. at Bolton Funeral Home.
Mr. Steele is preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Laverne Steele and parents, Andrew and Ruth Steele.
Mr. Steele is survived by his children, Debbie (Jimmy) Childress, Chris Steele, Joey Steele, Jamie (Edith) Steele, Diana (Jeff) Hawkins and Frank (Linda) Teasley; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Jack (Nadine) Steele and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
