Charles William Brantley, 75, of Calera passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2010, at his home. He was born July 12, 1934. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Glass Brantley, and a granddaughter, Amie Charlene Miller.
His surviving relatives are sons Ric Brantley, Ronnie William Brantley, Jeffrey Wayne Brantley and Christopher Reid Brantley; daughters Betty Charlene Harris and Racheal Brantley Banks; sisters Lanell Corr, Judy Lucas, Sandra Savag and Melba Finley; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 02, 2010, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Rockco Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. at Dargin Cemetery in Calera. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jim Lunsford. Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo directing. Rockcofuneralhomes.com
