-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280 at Wal-Mart, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at $142.
-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Kerry Downs, Birmingham. Stolen was a Briggs and Stratton pressure washer valued at $113.

-Theft of property from the 5500 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham (field, woods). Stolen was a copper ground wire valued at $200.

Stolen were a lawn mower valued at $400, four custom made golf irons valued at $450, a 5-iron valued at $75, a Taylor Made driver valued at $550, a Calloway golf bag valued at $200, a Calloway putter valued at $100 and a gas grill valued at $200.
-Theft of property from the 7500 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana (field, woods). Stolen were two copper bus bars valued at $2,000.

-Property damage from Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was the transmission on a 1988 Ford Escort.
-Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Hearthwood Lane.
-Criminal trespass from the 3200 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.
-Harassment from Olmstead Street, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Property damage from U.s. 280 and County Road 43, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 22 by 10-Stratus alloy rims in the amount of $700.
-Criminal mischief from the 2500 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged were two tires on a 2003 Toyota Camry LE in the amount of $501.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 11000 block of County Road 42, Shelby. Confiscated, seized were assorted pills and a silver spoon.
-Illegal possession of prescribed medication from Highway 145/County Road 42, Shelby (highway, street. Recovered were four Nexium 2-grams and one unmarked pill bottle.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of controlled substance from the 3000 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were .4 grams of heroin and 1.5 grams of marijuana.

-Theft of property from Bradley Drive, Chelsea Stolen were a coil nailer valued at $400 and an air hose. Stolen and recovered were an air compressor, a framing nailer, a 28-foot fiberglass ladder, a ruby ring and a Timex watch valued at $4,875.
