Thompson Intermediate and Thompson Sixth Grade Center held a Saturday clean-up day April 17. A $5,000 Lowe’s Charitable and Education Foundation grant was recently awarded to improve the outdoor areas around the two schools. The Thompson Outdoor Classroom is designed to strengthen the connections between the two schools by offering students a hands-on area that encourages opportunities for learning and understanding of the environment.
