Chelsea Chiropractic and Farmers Insurance/Scott Weygand Agency, both located at 398 Chesser Road in Chelsea, celebrated new locations recently with open houses and ribbon cuttings. Chelsea Mayor Earl Niven and other city leaders honored both businesses with a plaque from the city celebrating their more than five years in business.
