June 16

uUnlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 17 at Cedar Groove Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a clear plastic Baggie containing an icy substance believed to be methamphetamine .02 grams.

uHarassing communications from the 500 block of First Avenue West (restaurant).

uBurglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Reese Drive. Stolen and recovered were a Wii system valued at $400 and a DVD valued at $100. Stolen were items valued at $6,700.

uUnlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 17 at Cedar Groove Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a clear plastic Baggie containing an icy substance believed to be methamphetamine .02 grams.

uFraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 1000 block of Grand Club Drive, Maylene (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a Wachovia check card.

uTheft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was a palm pilot valued at $350 and Nursing Central software valued at $150.

uCriminal mischief from 106 Meadowlark Place. Damaged was a radio antenna in the amount of $75.

uTheft of property/identity theft from 1000 First St. N. (other, unknown). Stolen was a Mutual savings debit card valued at $10.

uCriminal possession of a forged instrument from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road. Forged, counterfeited were a U.S. Social Security card and a Permanent Resident card (both recovered).

uFound property from U.S. Highway 31 and Jimmy Gould Drive (highway, street). Listed recovered was an Intermec Technologies Corp handheld electronic scanner valued at $500.

uTheft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a Dell laptop computer valued at $698.

uTheft/theft of services from 357 County Road 304 (hotel, motel). Stolen were a white quilt and a soap dish valued at $60.

uTheft of property from West College Street (specialty store). Stolen were two Slinglink homeplug Ethernet adapters valued at $25 each, four wireless phone jacks valued at $37 each and a Super Buddy signal meter valued at $700.

uBurglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Industrial Parkway (commercial). Stolen were stainless steel impellers valued at $10,000.

uCriminal mischief from Roy Drive near Cedar Bend Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a stop sign ahead sign in the amount of $100.

uTheft of property from the 1500 block of Timber Drive. Stolen was a glass pane from a gas street lamp valued at $20.

uLicense to carry pistol required from County Road 17 (Spruce Drive) (highway, street). Recovered was a Smith and Wesson six-shot revolver valued at $500.

uUnlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession drug paraphernalia from Highway 261 at Highway 17 (service, gas station). Recovered were 30. 1 grams of marijuana in a clear plastic Baggie valued at $80, 14.9 grams of marijuana in a clear plastic Baggie valued at $90, two weighing scales valued at $50 and a open box of Great Value plastic sandwich bags valued at $3.99.

uUnlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Scurlock Road. Confiscated, seized 4 grams of marijuana (2-grams each in two plastic baggies) valued at a total of $40, a Mason jar with 286 grams of mushrooms valued at $100, three rolling papers valued at $5, three marijuana pipes valued a $10 and a marijuana bong valued at $10. (Suffix B).

uDriving under the influence from Highway 95 at Village Parkway (highway, street).

uAttempting to elude a law enforcement officer/criminal mischief from Helena Intermediate School (school, college). Damaged was an elementary school playground area in the amount of $500.

uPossession of drug paraphernalia/possession of marijuana from Morgan Street at Middle Street (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were marijuana, a marijuana pipe, scale and grinder.

uProperty damage from the 4500 block of Highway 25 near Texaco (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Mazda 6 passenger side door and front quarter panel.

uCriminal mischief from the Scott Village area (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1997 Chevrolet Lumina windshield.

uTheft of property/criminal mischief from the 400 block of Selma Road. Stolen was a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee grill. Damaged was a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee (scratches around the entire vehicle).

June 23

uViolation of court order form the 300 block of Reonda Lane.

uReceiving stolen property/illegal possession of prescription drugs from Holloway Hills Drive at Alabama Highway 25 (highway, street). Recovered were a bottle of Phenazopyrid 200-milligam, a wallet with contents, an Apple iPod, a bottle of Bactrim 800-milligram, a Lumix digital camera and a Nintendo DS video game system.

uUnlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Shady Hill Drive. (Residence/home). (Same case number and items stolen as listed recovered above).

uFound property from Graham Street near Samford Street (highway, street). Recovered was a trifold wallet with cards and an Alabama driver’s license.

uDomestic violence/criminal mischief from the 10 block of Tomlyn Road. Damaged were a 1999 Ford Expedition rear wiper and rear hatch.

uTheft of property from Truman Fancher Auto Repair, 2506 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alpine AM/FM/CD iPod car stereo valued at $300.

June 14

uCriminal mischief from the 4600 block of Burning Tree Lane. Damaged was a 1-inch wooden door and frame in the amount of $350.

June 15

uTheft of property from 2169 East Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were a windbreaker style jacket valued at $25, a set of factory car mats for a Mazda 6 valued at $250, a set of plastic car mats for a Mazda 6 valued at $35 and a set of car seat covers for a Mazda 6 valued at $50.

uCriminal mischief from the 100 block of King Valley Drive. Damaged was an Apple iPhone in the amount of $400.

uDomestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Stonehaven Drive.

uTheft of property from Wal-mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were four DVDs valued at $68.

uUnlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from Tony’s Hot Dogs, 1922 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger door window in the amount of $200. Stolen were a purse valued at $30, $180 in U.S. currency, three credit cards and an Alabama driver’s license.

uUnlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 500 block of Canyon Park Drive. Stolen were a wallet valued at $10, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, and four credit cards.

uProperty damage-motor vehicle from the parking lot of Firestone. Damaged was a rear driver’s side quarter panel to a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis.

uUnlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Mitoba Trail. Stolen were 15 music CDs valued at $150.

uUnlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Hayesbury Court. Stolen were a Tom Tom global positioning system valued at $200, a Cobra radar detector valued at $100, a Droid cell phone valued at $40 and a Samsung cell phone valued at $40.

uLeaving the scene of an accident from the parking lot of the County Services Building. Damaged was the rear fender on a 2002 Audi in the amount of $1,500.

uUnlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Mitoba Trail. Stolen were gold-framed prescription glasses valued at $350 and $11 in U.S. currency.

uUnlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Mitoba Trail. Stolen were a Sanyo digital camera valued at $79 and three packs of Marlboro cigarettes valued at $15.

uUnlawful possession of controlled substance (unknown type) from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a clear corner plastic Baggie containing a green colored pill (sent to lab for analysis).

uChange bill circulating from Johnson Brothers Wine Inc., 203 Parker Drive (other, unknown). Confiscated seized was a forged $100-bill.

uTheft of property from the 1700 block of Highway 35. Stolen were a string weed eater valued at $240.

uProperty damage-vehicle from the commissary area of the Verizon Wireless Music Center (other, unknown). Damaged was a passenger side rear quarter panel in the amount of $3,000.

uTheft of property (deception) from Mi Pueblo, 3010 Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was $250 in U.

S. currency.

uProperty damage-motor vehicle from the parking lot of Publix (Huntley Parkway). Damaged was a rear bumper cover on a 2007 Honda Civic.

uOutside agency assist-law enforcement from Interstate 65 northbound, entrance ramp from Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street).

uReceiving stolen property/possession of burglar’s tools from Ryder Truck Rental, 140 Commerce Drive (commercial). Recovered was a 2006 utility trailer valued at $3,000.

uTheft of property/giving false information to law enforcement from a business on the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were food and merchandise valued at $165.

uCriminal mischief from the 500 block of Creekview Drive. Damaged were 32 screen panels in the amount of $500.

uDeath investigation from the 100 block of Cove Lane. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

uSwitched tag from Interstate 65 northbound at exit 246 (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama car tag valued at $25.

June 21

uDomestic violence-harassment from Sommersby Circle.

uProperty damage-motor vehicle from Verizon Music Center, 1000 Amphitheater Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2008 Ford F-150 front passenger side quarter panel in the amount of $500.

uLeaving the scene of an accident from the parking lot of Big Lots, Keystone Plaza. Damaged was the driver’s side to a 2005 Mercury Mariner.

uSex offender investigation from Pelham Parkway.

uCriminal mischief from Advanced Plastics Inc., 30 Commerce Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2000 Freightliner FL-70 in the amount of $500. (Graffiti painted on both sides of the truck).

uCriminal mischief from the 1000 block of Yeager Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged were four panel trucks, an industrial roll up door and the rear of a building all spray-painted with graffiti (damages in the amount of $3,200).
