The Vincent Town Council has set a special meeting to consider White Rock Quarries’ rezoning request, which would rezone 886 acres of land to accommodate a proposed limestone quarry.

The meeting will be held July 15 at 6 p.m. at the Vincent Town Hall.

The council plans to vote on the request at the meeting, according to a city notice.
