Mildred Ruth Smith, age 91, a resident of Sylacauga, passed away Wednesday, July 21, at a local nursing home. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m., Friday July 23, at Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana. Burial will follow at Old Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8:30 – 10 a.m. at the funeral home
