Nancy Neal , age 71,  of Columbiana, formerly of Baltimore, Md., passed away August 11, 2010.  She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Rice of Vincent, her son Richard Neal of Yorktown, Va. and her daughter Shannon Neal of Homewood.  Surviving grandchildren include: Sommer Reynolds, Wynter Delucia, Katherine Neal and Danielle Neal. Great-grandchildren include Maddux Delucia and Brantlee Morgan Chapman. She is also survived by her sisters Linda, Mary Catherine and Judy. In lieu of flowers, the family request a donation be made to the American Heart Assocation in memory of Nancy L. Neal.
