Phillis Ann Hopkins, age 45, of Alabaster, passed away Aug. 10, 2010.  A visitation was held on Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010 from 5-6 p.m. A Memorial Service followed the visitation at 6 p.m. Pastor Nick Wells officiated.

Ms. Hokins is preceded in death by her brother, John Isabell and grandparents, Al “Pete” and Viola Hopkins. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Hazel and grandson, Caleb Reed both of Birmingham and son, Wesley Hazel of Hoover; father, Phillip (Sharon) Hopkins of Jemison; sister-in-law, Gail Isabell of Alabaster; nieces, Donna Isabell and Robin Isabell, great nephews, Casen and CJ of Alabaster; along with many other family members and friends.

Arrangements were under the directions of Charter Funeral Home.
