-Abandoned vehicle from Mellow Road (highway, street). Abandoned was a 1996 GMC Yukon.
-Theft of property from 285 Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a center cap off a wheel valued at $35.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of 11th Street Southwest. Damaged were garage door windows-spray painted in the amount of $20.
-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive, Maylene.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were various cards, a driver’s license, $130 in cash and a wallet valued at $400.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of 11th Street Southwest. Damaged in the mount of $100 was a driver’s side front tire.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 1100 block of King Arthur Court. Involved was a 1995 Toyota Tercel DX.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Amberly Woods Cove, Helena. Stolen were a Makita 18-volt cordless drill valued at $200, a Troy Built gas-powered weed eater valued at $100 and a Black and Decker drill bit set with case valued at $50.

-Damage to property from Fulton Springs Road at Wysteria (highway, street). Damaged was a 1999 Dodge Durango SUV in the amount of $10,000.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Industrial Road (convenience store). Confiscated, seized was 0.9 grams of marijuana.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Smokey Road. Stolen were hand tools valued at $150.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Park Place Lane. Damaged was a mailbox with light in the amount of $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Lake terrace. Damages included scratches on all vehicle panels, convertible top -window sliced, interior liner sliced, hydraulic lines busted, and interior seats sliced, steering wheel and speaker covers in the amount of $10,000. Stolen were a stereo face, a Tom Tom global positioning unit, a radar detector and two Sandisk jump drivers valued at $1,180.

-Theft from the 4000 block of U.S. 31 (Suffix 1). Stolen were a Side Kick .22-caliber firearm valued at $150, a Smith and Wesson .32-caliber firearm valued at $175 and a Harrington & Richardson Arms Co. .32-caliber firearm valued at $150.
-Identity theft/theft from Creek Run Way (Suffix 1). Stolen was $99.95 from a checking account.
-Theft/breaking and entering of a vehicle from 9758 Alabama Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a wallet with Alabama insignia.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a gold necklace with cross and inlaid diamonds valued at $400, a Visa debit card as a payroll check with $400 available on it, a Fossil purse valued at $50, $20 in U.S. currency and a Merchants and Farmers Bank in Columbiana savings account book valued at $5.
