-Death investigation from the 4400 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham. Listed was damaged, destroyed were various medications.

Aug. 8

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 at Briarwood School. Confiscated, seized was a plastic Baggie containing 2 grams of marijuana.

-Reckless endangerment/leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 45 and Highway 280 westbound, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Domestic violence harassment from Sterrett Drive, Sterrett.

Aug. 11

-Harassment from the 100 block of Raven Drive.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 402, Shelby. Stolen were a purse valued at $25 and an Alabama license valued at $20.

-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (commercial). Damaged was an outside drop-off box for keys in the amount of $100.

-Theft from the 600 block of Maplewood Lane, Sterrett. Stolen was a Nokia cell phone valued at $150.

-Civil dispute from the 4100 block of South Shades Crest Road, Hoover.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Mountainview Drive, Montevallo (restaurant).

-Harassment from the 4900 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (parking lot, garage).

-Assault from the 4000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (service, gas station).

-Domestic violence/harassment from Chelsea City Park/Highway 39, Chelsea (other, unknown).

-Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of Kensington Manor Drive, Calera. Confiscated, seized was a Springfield Armory XD-40 firearm with gun case.

-Community notification violation/community notification violation from Maylene.

-Unlawful breaking entering motor vehicle from the 11000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett. Stolen was a wallet.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 2300 block of Inverness landing, Birmingham. Stolen was a Tom Tom global positioning unit valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Brynleigh Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were a Garmin global positioning unit valued at $300 and an iPod Nano valued at $100.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 700 block of Highway 13, Helena. Stolen were jewelry valued at $1,000, a Taurus .45-caliber pistol valued at $459 and 29 Hydrocodone APAP 10-500-milligram pills valued at $20.

-Death investigation from the 3100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 5000 bloc of Mountain View Parkway, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Attempted suicide from County Road 93, Helena.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Marigold Road, Shelby. Stolen was a Mossberg .22-caliber rifle, bolt-action valued at $100 and a .22-caliber pistol valued at $100.

-Death investigation from the 1100 block of Arrowhead Trail, Alabaster. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various mediations.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3900 block of Cannock Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were 30 Fioricet tablets, a Garmin global positioning system unit, an Enterprise Fleet gas card, an Alabama Respiratory therapist license and an American Respiratory Therapist Association card.

-Burglary from the 900 block of Brook Highland. Stolen were a Nintendo Way and an Xbox 360 valued at $750 total. (Suffix 02).

-Burglary from the 900 block of Brook Highland. Stolen were a Gateway laptop computer and a Sony Blue ray DVD player valued at $600 total. (Suffix 01).

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Highway 97, Columbiana. Stolen was a Craftsman pressure washer valued at $400.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 7900 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (menacing) from the 2400 block of Highway 71, Shelby.

-Unlawful breaking and entering from Chelsea Wal-Mart, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Tom Tom global positioning system unit valued at $200.

-Domestic violence from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Foxfire Lane, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was 9 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $250.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Cheshire Road, Westover.

-Suicide attempt from the Brynhurst Drive, Chelsea.

Aug. 16

-Identity theft/fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 200 block of County Road 333, Columbiana. Stolen were four Microsoft Xbox Live service items valued at $199.96, a pay as you go T-mobile subscription valued at $54 and a debit card.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of North River Road.

-Burglary/theft of property from Sugar Cane Lane, Maylene. Stolen was $1,700 in cash.

-Domestic violence- (harassment) from the 100 block of Chelsea Village Lane, Chelsea.

-Production of child pornography Queen Drive, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Sarah Dean Road, Wilsonville.

-Medical assist from Highway 17/Londmeadow Road, Alabaster (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Providence Park, Birmingham (government, public building).

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Shore Front Lane, Wilsonville. Damaged was a cast iron mailbox in the amount of $100.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Sugar Maple Lane, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of North River Road, Shelby. Confiscated, seized were four and a half 10-milligram Hydrocodone pills, one and a half 10-milligram hydrocodone pills, one 5-milligram detroamphetomine pill, one glass pope with marijuana residue and one cellophane bag containing green leafy substance (marijuana) 1.5 grams. -Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle/theft of property from Cannock Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Motorola Droid Z cell phone valued at $363, a Magellan global positioning system unit valued at $300 and $28 in U.S. currency.

Aug. 17

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Dogwood Road Southeast, Leeds.

-Criminal mischief from the 5900 block of Beaver Brook Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a sliding glass door front pane in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property from the 5200 block of Dunnavant Valley Way, Birmingham. Stolen was $63.25.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Kingston Road, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Damaged was a 1991 Jeep Cherokee rear windshield in the amount of $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from Highway 462, Sterrett. Damaged were a driver’s door and driver’s side passenger door in the amount of $1,000. Stolen was $1,000 in U.S. currency.
