The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Aug. 13-25:

Aug. 13

-Damage to property from the federal courthouse in Birmingham (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Econoline Van.

Aug. 14

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 300 block of Highway 307, Shelby. (Suffix 01).

-Domestic violence harassment from the 300 block of Highway 307, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 6000 block of County Road 24, Verbena.

-Structure fire from the 4100 block of Somerset Ridge, Birmingham. Damaged was a house.

Aug. 16

-Theft of property from the 5500 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were 34 $50-U.S. Savings Bonds valued at $1,700 and two $100-U.S. Savings Bonds valued at $200. (Suffix 02).

-Harassment from the 2600 block of Buttewood Drive, Birmingham.

Aug. 18

-Criminal mischief from Southwood Lane, Alabaster. Damaged was a screen mesh gazebo in the amount of $49.99.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 5200 block of Dunnavant Valley Way, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered was a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo valued at $6,000.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster (convenience store).

-Burglary/theft of property from Highway 337, Chelsea. Stolen were a 5,000-watt Champion generator valued at $480, a Rigid miter saw valued at $800, a Hitachi grinder valued at $300, a gas can, knee pad and a Porter Cable air compressor valued at $300.

-Domestic investigation from the 48000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver.

-Assault from the 500 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 50000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver.

-Civil dispute from the 5900 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville.

Aug. 19

-Public intoxication/possession of marijuana from in front of the 6500 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham. Confiscated, seized was a clear plastic bag containing about 1.2 grams of marijuana and a metal cigarette.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3000 block of Belvedere Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Turtle Lane, Calera.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Highway 19, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Old Highway 280 (other, unknown). Stolen was scrap metal valued at $500.

-Civil dispute from the 5900 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from Shady Acres Lane, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous information-court order executed from Highway 31, Calera (government, public building). Confiscated, seized were Model 60 .22-caliber and Stevens Model 311 20-gauge firearms.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham. Stolen a DPMS Panther Arms firearm valued at $980, an Eotech sight valued at $540 and two 20-round ARIS loaded magazines valued at $75.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 16 at County Road 22, Calera (highway, street). Recovered was a 7.5-gram bag of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (parking lot, garage). Recovered were two 2-milligram generic Xanax .6-grams.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (parking lot, garage). Recovered were .4 grams of marijuana, a glass marijuana pipe, a marijuana roach clip and a cloth bag for carrying marijuana.

-Theft of property from Highway 81, Vincent (other, unknown). Stolen was a Honda ATV valued at $3,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Narrows Peak Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were a gas card, a Visa card and $2 in cash. Damaged was a rear driver’s side door.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 200 block of Highway 307, Shelby.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 300 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.

Aug. 20

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 7500 block of Highway 119, Birmingham (field, woods). Confiscated, seized were 7.9 grams of marijuana.

-Miscellaneous information – possible drug activity from the 6000 block of Highway 26, Columbiana.

-Death investigation from the 2700 block of Highway 93, Helena.

-Theft of property from Creswell Road, Harpersville. Recovered were a 17-foot aluminum bass boat and 1995 Mercury outboard motor valued at $3,000.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Narrows Point Court, Birmingham. Stolen was a Trek Remedy 9 bicycle valued at $7,000.

-Breaking and entering vehicle/criminal mischief from Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen wee an iPod valued at $200, a global positioning system unit valued at $299 and a CD case with 40 CDs valued at $300. Damaged was a 2002 Escalade in the amount of $4,000.

-Burglary from the 2400 block of Oak Mountain Park Road, Pelham (commercial). Stolen were three ladders valued at $700 and a 10-gallon fuel tank valued at $30.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Kinross Drive, Birmingham. Stolen wee a Black and Decker drill valued at $100, a Milwaukee saws all valued at $250, a Craftsman chainsaw valued at $150 and a backpack blower valued at $150.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Woodcrest lane, Chelsea.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Highway 408, Shelby.

-Civil dispute from Christy Drive, Shelby.

-Civil dispute/child custody from B. Norris Lane, Alabaster.

-Criminal trespass from the 2800 block of Highway 25, Wilton (commercial).

-Suicide attempt from Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute-child custody from the 800 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from Chesser Reserve Driver, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen and recovered was an Apple iPod valued at $162.41.

-Theft of property from Keith Circle (highway, street). Stolen was a pickup truck bed full of rusted scrap metal valued at $300.

-Miscellaneous information (dog bite) from the 5000 block of Longleaf Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs. Confiscated, seized were 50 16-gauge shotgun shells, 35 38-caliber rounds, and 20 long-rifle shells.

-Civil dispute from the 5000 block of Chesapeake West, Birmingham.

-Civil complaint from the 100 block of Sassafras Circle, Chelsea. Stolen was a check valued at $6,851.

Aug. 21

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Lennox Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a power cord for a global positioning system unit valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Lennox Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Gramin global positioning system unit valued at $200 and a carton of Camel menthol cigarettes valued at $50.

-Burglary from the 1500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen were a Samsung cell phone valued at $80, lingerie and keys.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of lost property/fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 6100 block of Hunt Cliff Road. Stolen were a Visa debit card item valued at $668, gift cards valued at $60, $45 in cash and a Coach wallet valued at $88.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Meadow Croft Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4900 block of Cahaba Valley Trace, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information-civil dispute from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest, Alabaster (other, unknown).

-Driving under the influence from Interstate 65 at Exit 242 (highway, street).

-Offenses against intellectual property from the 2600 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).

Aug. 23

-Property damage from Hearthwood/Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Damaged was the front of a 2007 GMC K1500 Sierra.

-Harassing communications from North River Road, Shelby.

-Escape, resisting arrest from the Shelby County License Office, Depot Street, Columbiana (government, public building).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Howard Branch Road, Sterrett.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 8000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (storage facility). Stolen were 600 feet of copper wire valued at $4,000.

-Domestic investigation from Cardwell Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 13000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

-Assault/criminal mischief from the 200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft from the 1000 block of Merry Fox Farms Road, Alabaster. Stolen was a utility trailer valued at $700.

-Theft of property from the 3600 block of Highway 231, Vincent. Stolen were seven Bulldozer track wheels (rolls) rusted valued at $3,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen wee a Canon lens valued at $799, a Canon lens valued at $299, a Canon Speed Lite Flash valued at $175, a camera bag valued at $75 and two neutral density filters valued at $50.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 5200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 1000 block of Eagle Crest Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were a wallet valued at $20, a Dell Latitude laptop valued at $1,000, three cards and a Motorola Razor cell phone valued at $50.

-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham. Stolen was $1,850 in U.S. currency.

Aug. 24

-Personal injury from the 700 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds (highway, street).

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from Highway 280 and Highway 41 (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from Bay Lane, Shelby. Damaged was a Waste Management garbage can in the amount of $150.

-Civil matter-child custody from the 600 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Reckless endangerment from the 3400 block of Highway 26, Columbiana. (Suffix 01). Recovered were a 12-gauge shotgun and a 12-gaugage-shotgun slug.

-Reckless endangerment from the 3400 block of Highway 26, Columbiana. (Suffix 02). Recovered were a 12-gauge shotgun and a 12-gaugage-shotgun slug.

-Criminal trespass from the 9300 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station).

-Criminal mischief from the 3200 block of Highway 61, Columbiana. Damaged was an exterior window.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from the Highway/Chevron Station, Columbiana (convenience store).

-Burglary from the 1600 block of Shelby Springs Road, Columbiana. Stolen were three vacuum cleaners valued at $100 and cleaning supplies valued at $25.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 900 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were sunglasses valued at $130, an iPod valued at $234, an FM transmitter valued at $100 and an Ipod case valued at $10.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Stolen were 11 tables valued at $1,000, three wire shelves valued at $150, a Delfield refrigerator valued at $2,000, a steel preparation table valued at $300, a deep freezer valued at $400, a large ice maker valued at $2,000 and a Lancer ice chest valued at $6,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2900 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham. Stolen ere a purse valued at $150, a wallet valued at $50, an Alabama driver’s license and a check book with 16 checks.

-Attempted burglary/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Wildwood Chapel Road, Columbiana. Damaged was a window screen (cut) in the amount of $30.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Damaged was Samsung cell phone in the amount of $200.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 2600 block of Buckboard Road, Birmingham.

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 200 block of Hidden Acres Circle, Chelsea (other, unknown). Listed as damaged, destroyed was medication.

Aug. 25

-Harassment/criminal mischief from the 7400 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. Damaged was a Cosco stroller in the amount of $20 and Munchkin portable changing table in the amount of $37.
