-Burglary from the 3000 block of North Grande View Cove, Maylene. Stolen were a PlayStation Three valued at $499.99 and a video game valued at $59.99.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 11 at County Road 68 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was .5 grams of green leafy substance inside of cigar paper believed to be marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 31 and Alabaster Police Department (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a cellophane bag containing a green leafy substance.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Summer Hill Drive.

-Contributing to delinquency, dependency of minor from the 2000 block of Butler Road (service, gas station).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Summer Hill Drive (highway, street). Stolen were a leather purse valued at $40, Alabama driver’s license, Social Security card, Compass Bank Visa debit card, checks on Compass Bank, a Samsung digital camera valued at $100 and a bottle of prescription medicine.

-Recovered stolen vehicle from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (commercial). Recovered was a 2010 Hyundai Accent.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Ninth Way Southeast. Stolen were a Dynex 32-inch LCD flat screen television valued at $1,000, a PlayStation Two game system valued at $150, three pair of sunglasses valued at $20 and a silver bracelet with small diamonds valued at $500. Damaged was a front door and doorframe in the amount of $100.

-lIlegal possession of prescription drug from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized were 10 white round cetirizine hydrochloride pills in a black velvet bag valued at $40.

-Welfare check from 1816 Woodbrook Circle.

-Driving under the influence – controlled substance/unlawful possession of prescription medication from First Street Southwest at First Avenue West (highway, street). Confiscated, seized a .32-caliber Davis Industries automatic firearm, a .22-caliber North American Arms revolver, eight Hydrocodone pills, eight Hydrochloride pills, eight Fluoxetine Hydrochloride pills and four Ibuprofen 800-milligram pills.

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Kent Dairy Road. Damaged was a rear door in the amount of $200.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 southbound about mile marker 240 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Camry in the amount of $1,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 900 block of Navajo Trail. Recovered was a cellophane package containing a small amount of marijuana valued at $5, a marijuana smoking pipe containing burnt marijuana valued at $5 and a pack of Pall Mall cigarettes valued at $5.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 31 (government, public building). Stolen a blue three ring binder containing member credit card numbers, banking accounts valued at $20.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was an HP Pavilion computer valued at $498.

-Theft by deception from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was $300.

Aug. 26

-Resisting arrest/drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered was a glass pipe used to smoke crack cocaine.

-Damaged property from the 600 block of First Street North (restaurant). Damaged was a 2002 Chevrolet Impala (damaged by fire) in the amount of $5,000.

-Damage to property from Industrial Road at CSX Railroad crossing (highway, street). Damaged was a railroad crossing arm in the amount of $1,000.

-Forgery from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (convenience store). Forged, counterfeited were stolen checks from Central State Bank in the amounts of $43.10 and $250.

Aug. 27

-Animal complaint from the 1300 block of Willow Creek Place.

-Missing person from the 200 block of Meadowlark Drive.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Gardendale Drive. Damaged was a double pane exterior glass window in the amount of $210.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Confiscated, seized were a 50 cc syringe, four small yellow plastic bags filled with residue, a copper colored measuring spoon and a grey cloth case with a silver colored hasp.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of State Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen were various amounts from registers totaling $7,383.66.

-Stalking from undisclosed (convenience store).

-Identity theft from Cartersville, Ga. (other, unknown). Stolen were funds from a debit account in the amount of $990.57.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from 201 First St. N. (government, public building). Confiscated, seized was a rubber glove containing marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged were paint and a tire and rim on 2001 Volkswagen in the amount of $1,200.

-Theft of property from 655 Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Coach wallet and purse valued at $150, $255 in cash, a Compass Visa check card, a Social Security card, an Illinois birth certificate valued at $23 and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $23.

-Outside agency assist from Highway 52 and Interstate 65 (highway, street).

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from Raceway on Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were various paperwork and a forged Mexican driver’s license valued at $100.

-Criminal mischief from the 2400 block of Royal Lane (other, unknown). Damaged was a weather siren box and internal electronics in the amount of $2,500.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Weeping Willow Drive, Chelsea (other, unknown).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Highway 361. Damaged were a window and a window screen, glass and frame in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from County Road 52 at Huntley Parkway (highway, street). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.

-Switched tag from Cahaba Valley Road at Interstate 65 North (highway street). Confiscated, seized was an Alabama vehicle license plate.
