-Burglary/theft of property from the 423 block of Thompson Road (church). Stolen were a Heart Start defibrillator valued at $1,600, $20 in cash from the register and $10 in cash from the minister’s desk. Damaged were two bulletin boards in the amount of $50.

-Possession of forged instrument from the 1700 block of King Charles Court. Recovered was a wallet valued at $15.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from 250 Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an iPhone Three with case valued at $400.

Sept. 2

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from Big Oak Drive, Maylene. Stolen were seven men’s gold rings with seven diamonds valued at $2,200, two Winchester collectible knives valued at $50, a Rolex watch valued at $1,700, a gold rope chain with gold nugget pendant and two diamonds valued at $700, 15 Xbox games valued at $750 and cords and controllers valued at $200. Damaged were two cable television receivers.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered was a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000 GT valued at $5,000.

-Theft of property from undisclosed (commercial). Stolen were two Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top valued at $800.

Sept. 3

-Attempt to elude a police officer/reckless driving from exit ram 238 northbound (highway, street).

-Damage to property from Intestate 65 southbound (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Mazda Protégé.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Forest Parkway. Stolen was a Ruger KP90 semi-automatic handgun with two magazines valued at $350, a Garmin Nuvi global positioning unit valued at $250 and sunglasses valued at $20.

-Theft of property at Highway 31 at County Road 26 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a personalized Alabama license plate.

-Burglary/theft of property from 70 Reese Drive. Stolen were a washer valued at $150, a stove valued at $400 and a refrigerator valued at $100.

-Burglary from Fourth Place Southwest. Damaged were a doorframe and inner rolling door in the amount of $400.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 700 block of First Street South (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were 1.1 grams of green leafy substance in a cellophane bag.

-Criminal mischief from 127 First Street North (government, public building). Damaged was a plastic mat with cotton stuffing valued at $40.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of 12th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 10.1 grams of an oval shaped blue pill (Alprazolam).

Sept. 4

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 and North Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Listed recovered was a marijuana cigarette .6 grams.

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged were the front righter quarter panel, right passenger door and right rear quarter panel in the amount of $400.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail. Stolen were $45 and two books of Regions checks.

-Fraudulent use of credit card or debit card/resisting arrest from Interstate Shell (commercial). Stolen were a Boost phone card valued at $43.20 and New Ports tobacco products valued at $20.27.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Longfeather Lane.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Mission Hills Road. Damages included two large dents and scratches on a vehicle in the amount of $600.

-Found property from Wal-mart parking lot. Recovered were a child’[s wallet valued at $5, $3.30, a picture and a Nintendo DS game valued at $10.

-Theft of property from 250 South Colonial Drive (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were a clothing top valued at $24.99 and a watch valued at $12.99.

-Theft of property from Radio Shack, 60 Colonial Promenade Parkway, Suite 100. Stolen was a Toshiba laptop computer screen valued at $424.97.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 North at 238 (highway, street). Damaged was a front fender in the amount of $1,500.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Smokey Road.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Harvest Way (school, college). Damaged was a driver’s side quarter panel in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic violence investigation/menacing from the 100 block of Mount Olive Drive. Damaged were three 15-inch tires on a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier in the amount of $300 and two 15-inch tires on a 1999 Ford Explorer in the amount of $200.

-Leaving the scene of an accident/damage to property from Highway 31 at Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged was the bumper of a 1998 Chevrolet S10 in the amount of $300.

-Found property from convict cemetery, County Highway 10. Recovered were Timberland hunting boots valued at $100, four Fossill watches valued at $75 each, roller skates valued at $50 and a backpack valued at $35.

-Theft of property/criminal trespass from the 400 block of Selma Road (construction). Stolen were Wacker Neuson heavy equipment item valued at $2,200 and a Dewalt generator valued at $1,800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from Orr Park (parking lot, garage). Stolen were 54 Klonopin 1-milligram valued at $2.

Sept. 6

-Theft of property – attempted from Verizon Wireless Amphitheater (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a “Rubbermaid” cooler with “Gatorade” logo valued at $50.

Sept. 7

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Highway 35 (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $300 was a rear window on a 2002 Chrysler.

-Miscellaneous information from 312 Southgate Estates. Damaged was a 4-toot section of telephone cable.

-Switched tag from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was an Alabama tag.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from 104 Owens Parkway (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Shelby County 33 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a glass jar containing about 2 grams of marijuana valued at $40.

-Miscellaneous information from unknown. Stolen were nine JVC car stereos valued at $3,900.

-Found property from Dollar General, 8340 Helena Road (department store). Recovered was a BBVA Compass Bank debit card.

-Switched tag, violation of municipal ordinance from Tecumseh Trail at Wooddale Lane (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama license plate.

-Theft of lost property from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were a purse valued at $25, a Motorola cell phone valued at $50 and $825 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Parker Drive (construction). Stolen and recovered was a Hov-a-round motorized wheelchair valued at $1,200.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Canyon Trail. Damaged was a rear window in the amount of $200.

Sept. 11

-Criminal mischief from the 211 block of Calloway Lane. Damaged were an engine fuel pump and labor in the amount of $886, an engine fuel module in the amount of $107 and an engine fuel filter in the amount of $22.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Caliston Way. Stolen and recovered was a gold rope necklace with gem pendant valued at $500.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from various locations in Pelham (service, gas station). Forged, counterfeited was a Sears Premier MasterCard.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Ball Park Road (other, unknown). Stolen was a Lesco solo backpack sparyer valued at $104.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/obstruction of justice using false identity from he parking lot of Papas Billiards. Recovered were 30.5 Alprozolam, valued at $300 and three Aderrol valued at $30.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of prescription medication from the 200 block of Calloway Lane. -Unlawful possession of controlled substance/driving under the influence of alcohol from Commerce Parkway/entrance to Greenpark South (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a jewelry bag containing less than 1 gram of suspected powder cocaine valued at $15.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Calloway Lane.

-Reckless endangerment from Interstate 65 South from north city limits to south city limits (highway, street).

Sept. 12

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Wal-Mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket).

-Unlawful possession or receipt of controlled substance/unlawful possession of a forged instrument from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (drug store). Stolen were 40 Lortab 10 tablets valued at $22.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Wal-Mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket).

-Public intoxication from the 100 block of Sommersby Drive (highway, street).

-Burglary from the 400 block of Cahaba Valley Road (commercial). Stolen was $690 in cash.

Sept. 13

-Assault from the 100 block of Hidden Creek Parkway.

-Theft of property from 2244 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a 14-karat gold wedding band valued at $300 and $40 in cash.
