Stephen Randall “Randy” Osborn, age 57, a resident of Chelsea, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010 at a local hospital. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 28, at Chelsea Church of God. Burial will follow at Mt. Signal Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Kiker officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 28 from 1-2 p.m. prior to service.

Mr. Osborn is preceded in death by his father, Roderick Osborn. Mr. Osborn is survived by his children, Jamie Williamson (Chris Tillman) and Derek Osborn (Brittany); step-daughter, Misty Montgomery (Josh); grandson, Colby Williamson; brothers, Barry Osborn, and Stacy Osborn; mother, Gay Osborn and numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
