-Information from the 100 block of Smith Trail. Damaged were three black Australian swans in the amount of $1,925.

-Lost property from Regions Bank, South Colonial Drive (bank). Listed was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (commercial). Stolen five Dell Model 740 computer towers valued at $300 each, a Lexmark T644 printer valued at $150 and a 19-inch computer monitor valued at $200.

-Theft of property from 9301 Highway 119 South (drug store). Stolen was a carton of cigarettes valued at $30.

-Theft of property from the 120 block of Portsouth Lane. Stolen were two Koi (livestock) valued at $1,000.

Sept. 16

-Open door from the 2000 block of Corporate Woods Drive (specialty store).

-Domestic dispute from the 2100 block of Windsor Court.

-Harassment from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was 1.4 grams of Dextroamphetamine (Aderol).

-Selling cigarettes to a minor from the 100 block of Industrial Road (convenience store). Confiscated, seized was a pack of Marlboro Lights cigarettes valued at $4.80.

-Theft of property from 117 Buck Creek Plaza (supermarket). Stolen was a Fossil wallet valued at $80, two Social Security cards, a Medicaid card, an Alabama driver’s license, food stamp card and $30 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Spectrum Cove (commercial). Stolen wee eight Auburn season tickets valued at $950 and a Kansas hunting license valued at $400.

-Criminal mischief from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Damaged were several toilet paper holders in the bathrooms in the amount of $50.

-Credit cards and debit cards, illegal possession/fraudulent use from the 300 block of County Road 304 (hotel, motel). Stolen was a credit card charge of $91.80.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the 700 block of County Road 202 (highway, street).

-Animal complaint from 100 Dogwood Lane, 90.

-Harassing communications from Southern Hills Drive.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Kerry Drive (highway, street). Damaged was the oil pan to a 1996 Chrysler Town & County.

-Burglary/theft from Mayfair Lane. Stolen was a Bill Dance fishing rod/reel valued at $75.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from Old Ivy Road. Stolen were $5 in U.S. quarters.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 1000 block of Long Branch Parkway. Stolen was a radar detector valued at $100. (Suffix B).

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from the 1000 block of Long Branch Parkway. Stolen was a Cobra radar detector valued at $100, a Garmin hand held global positioning unit valued at $300 and coins valued at $5.

-Theft/burglary from 2426 County Road 75. Damaged were a rear door and front gate in the amount of $500. Stolen were copper pipes and wiring valued at $15,000.

-Theft from the 190 block of Renwick Lane. Stolen was a Huffy freestyle bicycle valued at $150.

Sept. 16

-Theft/criminal mischief from County Road 310 (field, woods). Stolen were two bus bars valued at $1,000, 50 feet of No. Two grounding cable and 12 grounding kits valued at $500. Damaged was an industrial padlock in the amount of $20.

-Lost property from the 900 block of Kensington Manor Drive (highway, street). Stolen were two MasterCards, a Visa Card, $180 in cash, a purse valued at $25, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25 and two Social Security cards.

-Criminal trespass/theft from 225 County Road 222 (field, woods). Stolen was a structure valued at $30. Damaged was a structure in the amount of $500.

-Property damage from the 2100 block of 18th Street. Damaged was the passenger side front headlight of a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $150.

-Property damage from 5133 U.S. Highway 31 (service, gas station. Damaged in the amount of $2,000 was a gas pump.

-Burglary/theft from 10605 U.S. Highway 31 (convenience store). Stolen were 30 Newport cigarette items valued at $150. Recovered was one Newport cigarettes item valued at $5.

-Found property from 11025 Highway 25 (bank). Recovered was a Capital One MasterCard.

Sept. 15

-Breaking and entering a vehicle from Alabama Avenue (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Sony digital camera valued at $200. Damaged was a rear passenger window on a 1998 Jeep Cherokee.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle from Alabama Avenue (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a car stereo with LCD screen valued at $400. Damaged was a car window on a 1999 Mazda 626 in the amount of $300.

-Harassing communications from East College Street (convenience store).

-Unlawful break and enter vehicle/theft of property from various (highway, street). Stolen were a Superchips Inc. auto computer reader with chip re-programmer for Ford valued at $400 and a laminated cardboard case.

Sept. 17

-Assault from Egg and Butter Road.

-Wanted person/disorderly conduct/resisting arrest/unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 25 (department store). Recovered was a plastic bag, twisted, containing pills and what appears to be crack cocaine. (Suffix 02).

-Warrant arrest (Chilton County Sheriff’s Office) from Walgreens parking lot (Helena).

-Property damage from the 4000 block of Helena Road (highway, street). Damaged were a cement figure of a sitting person and a plywood sign in the amount of $125.

-Found property from Mailsouth parking area (commercial). Recovered was an Orchard Bank platinum credit card.

-Burglary from Old Cahaba Parkway. Stolen was a GE stainless steel glass top range valued at $750. Damaged was a double pane window in the amount of $100.

Sept. 14

-Criminal mischief from the 4600 block of Highway 25 (convenience store). Damaged was a 2001 Ford Focus in the amount of $1,000.

-Flooding farming property from end of Waller Street behind the city shop (field, woods).

-Criminal mischief from Highland Street at the corner of Bloch Street. Listed was damage to the paint gas cap of a 2009 Honda Accord in the amount of $100.

Sept. 15

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1000 block of Cedar Street. Stolen was a small metal red lock box.

-Criminal mischief from the 900 block of Bloch Street. Damages were construction marker paint spray-painted on the passenger side door of a 2004 Chevrolet Colorado in the amount of $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Highland Street. Damaged were both passenger doors on a 1996 Jeep Cherokee in the amount of $200.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Highland Street. Damaged was a 1998 Toyota four by four in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from the 10 block of Falcon Way. Stolen as an Alabama license plate valued at $53.

Sept 16

-Theft of property/unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Skyview Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Pioneer in-dash DVD receiver valued at $435 and an air condition console in the amount of $300.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Salem Road.

-Possession of controlled substance/public intoxication from Highway 10 at Stephens Park. Confiscated, seized were one pink Hydrocodone 10-milligram valued at $20 and a yellow plastic container valued at $1.

Sept. 17

-Domestic incident from Shelby Street at Valley Street.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 5300 block of Highway 25. Stolen were an E-Machine desktop computer valued at $600, $306 in cash, a woman’s wallet and a men’s tri-fold wallet valued at $1 each.

-Domestic violence from the 4600 block of Highway 25 (hotel, motel).

Sept. 19

-Alcohol poisoning from the 3300 block of Cobblestone Lane.

-Recovered property from the 600 block of Spring Creek Road (field, woods). Recovered was a Magnavox TV with VHS and DVD player valued at $300.

Sept. 14

-Theft of property/reckless endangerment from 2101 Pelham Parkway (drug store). Stolen and recovered were six Tide with Downy liquid laundry detergent (100 fluid ounces) valued at $105 and two original Tide laundry detergent (141 ounces) valued at $35. Also stolen were two Bounty paper towel (20 packs) valued at $38.

-Theft of property (by deception) from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was $3,000 in cash.

-Foreign felony arrest from Pelham Parkway at Food World (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 52 at the northbound entrance to Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were six, seven small clear plastic bags each containing marijuana (17 grams) valued at $25.

-Outside agency assist-misdemeanor from 222 Highway 33 – Birmingham Campgrounds (highway, street).

-Discharging firearm/failure to identity from Green Park South Mobile Home Park (other, unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3500 block of Highway 52 West. Stolen was a Gramin Nuvi global positioning unit valued at $200.

-Property damage – vehicle from State Park Road (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper and headlight on a 2008 Kia in the amount of $500.

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway at Pelham Fire Station No. Two (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo front driver’s side headlight and driver’s side door in the amount of $3,000.

-Discharging firearm from Pelham Parkway near Amphitheater Road (highway, street).

-Switched tag from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, sized was an Alabama tag.

-Theft of property from Unit 42, Metro Mini Storage, 100 Metro Parkway (storage facility). Stolen were a Black and Decker can opening valued at $19, an electric can opener valued at $29 and a confectionary oven valued at $40. Damaged was a Master Lock in the amount of $10.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Oak Mountain Drive (commercial). Damaged was a dead blot in the amount of $125.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Windsor Way.

-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from 2310 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station).

-Theft of property from 1944 Montgomery Highway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was a package of crab claws valued at $20.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Frontier Drive. Stolen was a check of checks on Wachovia.

-Theft of property (by deception) from 3171 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe valued at $27,800.

-Criminal mischief from Pelham City Jail, 3174 Church St. (government, public building). Damages included a fire sprinkler head, jail mattress and cleanup in the amount of $2,000.
