Sept. 21

-Damage to property from Wal-mart parking lot. Damaged was an outside driver’s side mirror, front fender, door and rear door in the amount of $500.

-Criminal mischief from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger side front window in the amount of $400.

-Dog bite from the 200 block of Wildflower Lane (highway, street).

-Animal complaint from the 200 block of Timber Ridge Circle.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Highway 119 (commercial). Damaged was a back hatch /wiper blade.

-Theft of gasoline from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade parkway (service, gas station). Stolen was 19.09 gallons of gasoline valued at $49.55.

-Domestic incident/assault from the 200 block of Park Forest Terrace.

-Harassing communications from the 2300 block of Windsor Court.

-Damage to property from Game Stop parking lot at the Colonial Promenade (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe tag in the amount of $100.

-Found and returned property from the 100 block of Industrial Road (service, gas station). Found and returned was a lady’s wallet with contents.

-Theft of property from the 10900 block of Highway 119 (church). Stolen were old coins, silver flatware valued at $750 and a Visa credit card.

-Reporting and registration requirements (sex offenders) undisclosed Alabaster.

Sept. 23

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 11 at County Road 68 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a cellophane bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a glass pipe with marijuana in it.

-Theft of gas/negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade (service, gas station). Stolen was 12.5 gallons of gas valued at $31.52. Recovered was a copy of the check, driver’s license and receipt for gas.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a Boost Mobile touch screen cell phone valued at $400.

-Violation of leash law from Winterhaven Circle (highway, street).

-Harassment from Municipal Park (other, unknown).

-Domestic violence investigation/harassing communications from undisclosed (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 100 block of Winterhaven Circle.

-Leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident from an unknown block of Warrior Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper on a 2010 Mazda in the amount of $500.

-Damage to property from the 900 block of Second Avenue Northwest (department store). Damaged was a 2005 Chevrolet Trail Blazer in the amount of $1,000.

-Sexual abuse from Balmoral Drive.

-Damage to property from the 3000 block of U.S. 31 South (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Chrysler Sebring in the amount of s$2,000.

-Damage to property from Wachovia parking lot. Damaged was the chrome molding around a driver’s front window on a 2008 Infinity in the amount of $200,

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Stolen were a purse valued at $80, LG cell phone valued at $479, wallet valued at $40, driver’s permit valued at $25, house key valued at $4 and makeup valued at $25.

Sept. 24

-Recovered property from the 1000 block of Grande View Pass (field, woods). Recovered was a Coors Light box with five unopened beers valued at $5.

-Attempted robbery from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (service, gas station).

-Damage to property from County Road 11 at Weatherly Club Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a rear side glass on a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado in the amount of $816.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 300 block of Meadowlark Place. Stolen was a Suzuki King Quad 750 valued at $8,500, four fishing poles valued at $900 and four Corvette rims and tires valued at $1,100.

-Drug paraphernalia from 1509 Kent Dairy Road (school, college). Confiscated, seized was a make shift pipe-3/16 socket-Sharpie marker containing a green leafy substance.

-Theft of property from 112 King Charles Lane. Stolen was a side-by-side refrigerator valued at $1,599.

-Driving under the influence – combined/recovery of firearms from First Avenue West (highway, street). Recovered were a Desert Eagle firearm valued at $300 and a North American Arms firearm valued at $100.

-Trespassing/theft of property from the 100 block of Total Solution Way (commercial). Stolen was $100 in cash.

-Theft of gasoline from the 560 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (service, gas station). Stolen were 12 gallons of gasoline valued at $30.85.

-Leaving the scene of an accident/damage to property from the 300 block of Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 30-foot parking lot light post in the amount of $10,000.

-Damage to property from Corporate Woods Drive (highway, street). Damaged were two 2007 Crown Victoria rims in the amount of $300 and two Goodyear Eagle tires in the amount of $300.

-Burglary/unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Lacey Avenue.

-Property damage from Interstate 65/mile marker 233 (highway, street). Damaged was 2005 Volkswagen Jetta in the amount of $10,000.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 10 block of Depot Drive. Damaged were a Sanyo television in the amount of $300, a Dell desktop computer in the amount of $1,500 and a Memorex DVD player in the amount of $50.

-Forgery/theft from 11025 Highway 25 (bank). Stolen was a check drawn on a Central State Bank account in the amount of $310.

-Duty upon striking fixtures upon highway/property damage from Apricot Lane at Danbury Lane (highway, street). Damaged were a fire hydrant in the amount of $1,000, a water meter and housing in the amount of $300 and a stop sign and post in the amount of $200. (Suffix 1).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Dearing Downs Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a clear plastic bag containing 1 gram of marijuana valued at $10 and a glass pipe valued at $20.

Listed were a wallet and contents, an Alabama driver’s license, Social Security card, two Social Security cards, a nurse’s license card, a MasterCard with Fort McClellan Credit Union and a Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance card.
