-Animal complaint from 360 Tanglewood Circle.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Treymoor Lake Circle. Stolen were a Stihl chainsaw valued at $500, hedge clippers valued at $70 and two extension cords valued at $30.

-Found dog from Sixth Avenue Northwest (government, public building). Recovered was a Labrador retriever.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (highway, street). Damage was a water drain in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a Trionz necklace valued at $29.95 and two pair of Nike shorts valued at $56.

-Theft of property from the parking lot of The Spot. Stolen were $60 in cash and cards including an Armed Forces bank card, Regions card, military ID and ID card valued at $1 each.

-Damage to property from the 900 block of 10th Street Southwest. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $100.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument/unlawful possession or receipt of controlled substance from the 9000 block of State Highway 119 (drug store). Forged counterfeited was an item involving 150 Oxycodone HCL 30-milligrams.

-Death investigation (suicide) from Massey Road.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Broadmoor Lane. Stolen were a wallet valued at $50, Wells Fargo, Visa and Shell cards, a checkbook, Alabama driver’s license valued at $20 and $6 in cash.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 1700 block of King Charles court. Stolen was $100 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of North Grande View Lane, Maylene. Stolen were a diamond solitaire engagement ring valued at $11,264 and a diamond anniversary ring valued at $868.

-Found property/returned property from the 1100 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Recovered was a Rossi .38-caliber firearm valued at $200.

-Theft of property from 250 South Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen was a Vizio 27-inch television valued at $299.99.

-Burglary from 9758 Alabama Highway 25 (other, unknown). Damaged were a cabinet door and a cooler lock in the amount of $40 total.

-Burglary/theft from the 10000 block of County Road 22. Stolen were a Sansui 220 Watt CD player and amp valued at $400, a Craftsman toolbox valued at $600 and a VCR valued at $100.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 70 block of County Road 4. Damaged was a waterline in the amount of $25.

-Theft/identity theft from 227 Jackson Square. Stolen was a Regions Bank card valued at $714.

-Forgery/forgery from 10947 Alabama Highway 25 (bank). Stolen were checks valued at $41.64 and $30. (Suffix A).

-Criminal tampering from Savannah Lane. Damaged was a financial letter-Kiplinger’s in the amount of $1.

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of Long Leaf Lake Drive. Confiscated, seized were a Norinco rifle valued at $400, a Taurus .357 magnum revolver valued at $800 and a North American Arms .22 long rifle revolver valued at $250.

-Warrant arrest – negotiating worthless negotiable instrument x 12 (Shelby County Sheriff’s Office) from St. Charles Drive.

-Identity theft from the 1800 block of Highway 93 (other, unknown). Stolen were charges at Wal-mart Arden, N.C. and Ashville, N.C. in amounts of $300 and $509.26.

-Warrant arrest – negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from Helena Municipal Court, 816 Highway 52 East (government, public building).

-Warrant arrest from Shelby County Jail, Columbiana (jail, prison).

Sept. 29

-Public intoxication from the parking of Kangaroo. Confiscated, seized was a glass pipe with residue valued at $10.

-Identity theft from New Orleans, La. (specialty store).

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1000 block of Green Dale Drive. Stolen were a stove, dish washer and microwave valued at $1,300 total.

-Warrant arrest from Helena City Jail, 816 Highway 52 East (jail, prison).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Ridgeway Lane.

Sept. 30

-Driving under the influence combined substance/possession drug paraphernalia from the 1900 block of Omaha Drive.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Dearing Downs Drive/Highway 52 East (highway, street). Recovered were 0.1 grams marijuana valued at $1, a pinch hitter valued at $5 and a package of JOB rolling papers valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Whirlaway Circle (highway, street). Recovered were 36 clear plastic bags containing powder cocaine residue valued at $5, five plastic straws with residue valued at $1 and .4 grams of Carisoprodol valued at $5.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Cedar Bend Drive. Confiscated, seized were a Ruger P89 9 mm handgun valued at $400, a 9 mm clip/seven rounds 9 mm ammo valued at $30 and a holster valued at $30.

Oct. 1

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Laurel Woods Drive.

-Criminal mischief from Old Cahaba Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a passenger side door on a 2004 Lexus in the amount of $400.

-Driving under the influence/illegal possession of prescription drugs from Publix parking lot. Recovered were 1.2 grams of Clonazepam valued at $25, a clear plastic bag containing residue valued at $1, a prescription bottle labeled at Hydrocodone valued at $1 and six unidentified pills value at $1.

Oct. 2

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Sterling Estates Drive, Bessemer. Stolen were Whirlpool items including an electric stove, dishwasher and microwave valued at $1,300 total.

-Recovered counterfeit currency from the Helena Police Department, 816 Highway 52 East (government, public building). Recovered was a counterfeit $50 denomination of U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 13 at Highway 52 West (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a bag of marijuana 4.6 grams valued at $30, a bag of marijuana 3.4 grams valued at $20, a 20-ounce Pepsi bottle fabricated to smoke marijuana valued at $1, rolling papers valued at $1, a glass marijuana pipe containing marijuana residue valued at $20 and a plastic roach clip valued at 10 cents.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 100 block of Nahsua Street. Forged, counterfeited was a Charles Schwab Visa check card valued at $1,460.

-Burglary from the 5600 block of Highway 25. Stolen was a 19-inch flat screen television valued at $300 and a Sony PlayStation with four games valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 700 block o9f North Boundry Street (bar). Stolen wee a Verizon touch phone valued at $189, three keys, $80 in cash, two dress suit outfits valued at $70, a purse valued at $60, driver’s license, Social Security card and debit cards.

-Harassing communications from the 6000 block of Highway 25.

Sept. 28

-Animal bite from 4041 Highway 11.

-Driving under the influence of any substance which impairs from Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a biological specimen (urine sample).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Pelham Parkway at Canyon Park Drive (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Confiscated, seized were 28 white rectangular pills with GG249 on them valued at $280, five teal round pills with OP and 80 on them valued at $400, an off white rock substance believed to be crack cocaine valued at $100, a small plastic Baggie of marijuana valued at $25, a partially burned marijuana cigarette valued at $5 and a burned glass pipe.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument from Wal-mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited was a First Financial Bank account item valued at $46.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Corporate Way (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/driving under the influence from Cahaba Valley Road/Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered was an unidentified blue pill broken in half with WA54 and a blue pill with imprints GG258 identified as Alprazolam valued at $10.

-Domestic violence-harassment/criminal mischief from Hooters parking lot. Damaged was the front passenger door on a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix in the amount of $1,000.

-Menacing from Interstate 65 about one mile south of Exit 242 (highway, street).

-Recovered property from the 100 block of Commerce Drive (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a small clear bag containing suspected marijuana.

-Theft of property from Pelham Shell, 75 Highway 35 (convenience store). Stolen was a pack of Bud Light beer valued at $15, a pack of Woodridge Wine (four-pack) valued at $7, cigarettes valued at $41, headache medication valued at $20 and groceries valued at $23.

-Theft of services from 615 Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Stolen were food and drink valued at $139.

-Harassment from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket).
