The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Oct. 3-12:

Alabaster

Oct. 4

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Warrior Drive (government, public building). Damages included graffiti to a stall door and hand dryer in the amount of $50 and to a ceiling mounted fixture in the amount of $50.

-Domestic violence investigation/criminal mischief from Buffalo Wild Wings (restaurant). Damaged were a turn signal and door panel in the amount of $40.

-Found property from the Rite Aid parking lot from 140 Market Center Drive. Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Diary Road (school, college). Damaged was an Instinct cell phone valued at $450.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Gardenside Drive, Maylene.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Weatherly Club Drive. Confiscated, seized was a clear plastic bag with green leafy substance appearing to be marijuana 2 grams valued at $5.

-Open door from the 1200 block of Siskin Drive.

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen was a Regions Bank card valued at $1.

-Information only from the 100 block of Fulton Springs Lane.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Douglas Drive. Stolen were an electric stove valued at $500 and stove vent hood valued at $150. Damaged were kitchen cabinets, a window and a Jenn Air stainless steel dishwasher in the amount of $1,050.

Oct. 5

-Information only from First Avenue West at Thompson Road (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were three Banquet frozen dinners and a Juicy Juice eight-pack apple juice valued at $3.75.

-Carrying a concealed weapon/driving under the influence from U.S. Highway 31 at County Road 87 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a .22-caliber revolver.

-Identity theft from the Internet (other, unknown). Stolen were funds from a Publix Credit Union account in the amount of $81.88.

-Information only from Veterans Park (other, unknown).

-Reckless endangerment from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (school, college).

-Theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen was copper wiring in a truck bed.

-Theft of property from the parking lot in front of Little Ceasar’s Pizza (commercial). Stolen was an Acer laptop computer from Bestway Rent to Own valued at $1,900.

Oct. 6

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the athletic locker room of Thompson Middle School (school, college). Stolen and recovered was a cell phone.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of 10th Avenue Southeast.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was $100 in cash, a Regions Bank card, Social Security card and wallet.

-Damage to property from the Alabaster Police Department (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a rear bumper and rear taillight.

-Dog running at large/dog impounded from 108 Gardenside Drive, Maylene. Recovered was a 16-week-old puppy (black).

-Damaged property from Highway 119 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was driver’s side door mirror (painted front cover destroyed) in the amount of $150.

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (school, college). Stolen were an iPod Touch valued at $200 and a Canon digital camera valued at $200.

-Animal compliant from the 1000 block of Applegate Lane.

Oct. 7

-Information/verbal altercation from the 1300 block of First Avenue West (parking lot, garage).

-Information only from Ninth Avenue Southwest.

-Theft of property/harassing communications from the 100 block of Kent Wood Drive. Stolen was $100 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were Xbox Turtle Beach headphones valued at $129.99 and a Halo Reach valued at $59.99.

-Unsecured residence from the 400 block of Heather Sage Road.

-Information only from the 30 block of Nolen Lane.

-Damage to property from the 1400 block of Big Oak Circle. Damaged were a 2010 Toyota Highlander in the amount of $4,000 and a residence in the amount of $400.

-Theft of property from Thompson Road (commercial). Stolen was an iPhone 4 valued at $600.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart, Colonial Promenade (commercial). Stolen wee a ladies cosmetic bag/purse valued at $3 and $5 in change.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Mae Drive.

-Receiving stolen property from Woodbrook Trail (highway, street). Recovered was a 2002 Nissan Altima valued at $8,000.

-Theft of property from the football locker room at Thompson Middle School (school, college). Stolen and recovered was an Apple iPhone valued at $400.

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Windsor Court. Stolen was a tire valued at $150.

Oct. 8

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Grande View Lane.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Grande View Lane.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Seventh Avenue Southeast and Seventh Place Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a metal pipe believed to be used to smoke crack cocaine and 2 grams (cellophane bag containing a white powder substance believed to be cocaine and a yellow rock believed to be crack cocaine.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of 13th Street Northwest.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 100 block of Grande View Lane.

-Harassing communications from a cell phone (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Industrial Road (commercial). Stolen was an enclosed utility trailer valued at $3,500.

-Domestic incident from Grande Club Drive, Maylene.

Oct. 9

-Unsecured premises from the 60 block of Wilderness Lane (church).

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 1200 block of Siskin Drive.

-Lost dog from the Navajo Trail area of Alabaster (parking lot, garage). Recovered were two brown dogs.

-Arson from the 1500 block of Applegate Lane. Damaged was a residence in the amount of $10,000.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 300 block of 11th Street Southwest. Damaged was a 2003 GMC Envoy right rear tire in the amount of $80.

Oct. 10

-Domestic violence/harassment/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Willow Point Lane. Recovered were two glass pipes valued at $20, a grinder valued at $40, two pipes (bowl and straight hitter) valued at $20 and a vaporizer in a case valued at $140.

-Recovery of a dog from the 200 block of Parliament Parkway. Recovered was a red male hound dog.

-Found property from the 1450 block of King James Drive (parking lot, garage). Recovered were seven yellow unknown pills.

-Open door from Razin Kane, 308 First St. S.W. (bar).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Carrying a concealed weapon from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a Hi-Point Firearms item valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Simmsville Road (church). Stolen was a HTC G2 cell phone valued at $500.

-Domestic violence incident from 149 Willow Point Lane.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 800 block of 15th Avenue Southwest. Stolen were two televisions valued at $225, an entertainment center valued at $150, a grill smoker valued at $60 and a butcher block valued at $400.

-Theft from 100 Supercenter Drive (parking lot, garage0. Stolen was an Alabama vehicle license plate valued at $100.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from 132 County Road 87 (service, gas station). Stolen was $27.72 worth of fuel.

Oct. 9

-Domestic incident from the 3100 block of County Road 16.

-Theft from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen were a purse valued at $10, First National Bank of Central Alabama debit/credit card, Capitol One credit card, First National Bank of Central Alabama check, glasses valued at $350, an Alabama driver’s license and a SOC card.

-Same case number, 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen were charges to a bank account in the amount of $107,99.

-Abandoned vehicle/roadway hazard from Rosegate Drive (highway, street).

Oct. 10

-Reckless endangerment from 412 Camden Cove Circle (highway, street).

-Possession pistol without permit from the 5000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (highway, street). Recovered was a Llama .45-caliber pistol valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of First Avenue East (parking lot, garage). Stolen were 60 7.5-Lortabs and a case with driver’s license, Social Security card and cash.

-Criminal mischief/criminal trespass from Riverwoods Parkway (commercial). Damaged were a wooden picnic table in the amount of $250 and five adjustable chase lounge pool chairs in the amount of $1,000.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the entrance to Long Leaf Lakes (highway, street). Recovered was a glass pipe used to smoke crack cocaine.

-Criminal trespassing from the 7500 block of Spencer Lane (storage facility).

Oct. 6

-Domestic incident from Highway 261 at Third Street (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 1300 block of Dunham Circle. Stolen were $750 in cash and a laptop computer valued at $500.

-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of Macqueen Drive (other, unknown).

Oct. 7

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Buckingham Place. Stolen was a copper line from the basement of a home. Line and Labor had a stolen value of $1,200.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 95 at Dearing Downs Drive (supermarket).

-Criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Old Cahaba Parkway. Damages, including 25 feet of copper waterline and labor, were $250.

-Domestic incident from 1900 Lakeland Trail.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 261 at Walgreens (highway, street).

-Trespass warning from the 4000 block of Englewood Road.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Cahaba Parkway near Highway 52 West (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a PowerAde bottle fabricated to smoke marijuana valued at $1, three metal sockets with marijuana residue valued at $1, a plastic blue lighter valued at $1, Goodsense eye drops valued at $2, Intense herbal incense valued at $20 and an iPhone box valued at $1.

Oct. 11

-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Helena Road (commercial). Stolen was a 12-foot dual axle utility trailer valued at $4,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Chadwick Lane. Stolen was an iPod valued at $100.

-Damage to property (information only) from Highway 52 West near Cahaba River Bridge (highway, street). Damaged was a Saturn SCI in the amount of $2,500.

Oct. 6

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Samford Street. Stolen were a stove valued at $1,000, a refrigerator valued at $1,000, a queen size bed frame valued at $1,000 and a hot water heater valued at $400. Damaged were five windows, the outer and inner door facing on the front door and water pipe in the amount of $1,500 total.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Ammersee Lakes Drive. Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license valued at $23, a United Health Care debit valued at $1, two Wachovia debit cards valued at $1 and an FIA Card Services Visa credit card valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of County Road 206. Damaged were an aluminum road sign and pole in the amount of $75 and a mailbox with wooden post in the amount of $50.

Oct. 10

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Ammersee Lakes Drive. Stolen were $5 in cash, a Regions ATM debit card valued at $1 and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $1.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Overland Road. Stolen were an Apple iPod Touch valued at $300, a Sony AM/FM radio valued at $250, a Tom Tom global positioning unit valued at $149 and an adaptor for an Apple iPod valued at $75.

Oct. 11

-Harassment from the 200 block of Graham Street, Unit 11.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 2000 block of Princeton Cove. Stolen was a Stratus 5 Sirius satellite radio receiver valued at $70.

Oct. 5

-Domestic violence – harassment from Crosscreek Cove.

-Death investigation – hospice from the 2500 block of Elizabeth Drive.

-Illegal possession/fraudulent use of credit card from CC Foodmart, 2855 Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Forged, counterfeited was a Legacy Visa credit card item valued at $42.

Oct. 6

-Assault/criminal possession of a forged instrument from Wal-Mart Supercenter (supermarket). “Apparently” forged was a Wachovia check with a Compass Bank account number.

-Suicide attempt from Valley View Road.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Oak Forest Drive.

-Criminal mischief from MD Henry, 120 Clark St. (commercial). Damaged was a fence cut in the amount of $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Brookhollow Way. Damaged was the driver’s side window of a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Stolen were a Regions Bank debit card, a wallet valued at $30, an Alabama OLN valued at $20, a AAA card and a BlueCross BlueSheild Insurance card.

-Property damage from the 9100 block of Helena Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1989 Volvo in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from 629 Industrial Park Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 1982 Chevrolet C20 valued at $500.

-Theft of lost property from IHOP parking lot, Pelham Parkway. Stolen was a messenger type bag valued at $17, a Colt Lawman .357 revolver valued at $350, two boxes of pistol ammunition (.357 and .38) valued at $50, an Old Timer pocket knife valued at $25, a cell phone charger valued at $20, a Black and Decker flashlight valued at $20 and about 25 keys on a key ring valued at $50.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Overhill Lane. Stolen were a wedding band valued at $500, two antique ladies watches valued at $200, a Taylor Made R7 driver valued at $500, a Vestavia Hills 1975 class ring valued at $300, a .22 long rifle target pistol valued at $600, a 22 long rifle rear loading rifle valued at $200 and four antique rifles valued at $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 500 block of Cahaba Manor Lane. Stolen were a left rear tire and wheel valued at $175, a hubcap valued at $50 and four lug nuts valued at $10.

-Theft of property from 100 Terrace Drive (other, unknown). Stolen were an 18-foot Discovery canoe valued at $845 and an 8-foot Discovery kayak valued at $664.

-Outside agency assist (law enforcement) from Chatham Court East.

-Criminal mischief from 303 Green Park South Mobile Home Park (The Club House) (other, unknown). Damaged was the glass on a door in the amount of $200.

-Harassment from 1902 Pelham Parkway, Oak Mountain Lodge (hotel, motel).

-Foreign misdemeanor arrest from 2251 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station).

Oct. 8

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the parking lot of 1902 Pelham Parkway. Stolen was an Insight MasterCard.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Chandabrook Drive. Stolen were a utility trailer valued at $1,500, hand tools valued at $500, two 50-foot extension ladders valued at $500 and a Craftsman floor jack valued at $150.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of Oak Mountain Drive (other, unknown).

-Miscellaneous information from unknown in Washington State.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Staff Housing Road. Stolen was a 2004 utility trailer valued at $600.

-Theft of property from 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $50.

Oct. 9

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the parking lot of Pelham Chevron. Confiscated, seized were four used hypodermic needles containing residue valued at $10, three metal spoons containing a white residue on top and char marks on the bottom valued at $5, four cut off straw portions containing a white residue and a Marijuana roach valued at $20.

-Property damage from in front of 2511 Elizabeth Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a 10-year-old male Poodle/Terrier mix in the amount of $500.

-Property damage – non criminal from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a tailgate on a 2006 Nissan Frontier pickup tuck (scratched) in the amount of $300.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 2500 block of Chandawood Court. Involved a 2010 Ford.

-Death investigation from the 900 block of Colesbury Circle.

Oct. 10

-Attempt to elude a police officer from Interstate 65 southbound between County Road 52 and South Limits (highway, street).

-Theft of property from IHOP, 2000 Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Stolen were a wallet with contents valued at $20, a driver’s license, Social Security card and insurance card.

-Miscellaneous information from Ballantrae Golf Course, hole number 12 (other, unknown). Listed recovered were two Coors Light beer cans.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Interstate 65 north of the 33 overpass (highway, street).

-Property damage/vehicle from Marc 1 Car Wash, 3439 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from 2244 Pelham Parkway (Golds Gym) (other, unknown). Stolen were a Chase Visa credit card and a Merrill Lynch Visa credit card.

-Criminal mischief from Little Mountain Apartments (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup in the amount of $499.

-Harassing communication s from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Bent Creek Drive. Stolen were two air conditioning units valued at $10,000.

-Property damage from the 2200 block of County Road 33 (highway, street). Damaged were a stop sign and breakaway pole in the amount of $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Beaver Creek Parkway. Stolen were a man’s wallet valued t $10, various cards and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20.

Recovered were a Colt IV series firearm valued at $500, three Colt .380 auto magazines valued at $75, 21 .380 auto ammo valued at $10, six 12-gauge shotgun shells valued at $10, a nylon holster valued at $10 and a Mossberg pump action shotgun valued at $400.
