Miranda Harkins celebrated her 12th birthday on Oct. 30 with a Halloween slumber party. Miranda is the daughter of Kevin and Lisa Harkins and the granddaughter of Jeff and Bettyjo Cooper and Lewey and Barbara Harkins.
