-Fraudulent use of a credit card from undisclosed (convenience store).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen were 10 carbonless prescription pads valued at $50, 20 vials of medication valued at $25 and two ostoscopes valued at $1,000.

Nov. 3

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 500 block of Simmsville Road. Confiscated, seized were .9 grams of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.

-Information only/runaway juvenile from 1307 A Eighth St. S.W.

-Information from the 200 block of Chandler Lane.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a C&W utility trailer valued at$500 and an Alabama license plate.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Ninth Avenue Southwest. Stolen were a Post Office box key valued at $3 and two house keys valued at $6.

-Death investigation from the 300 block of 11th Street Northwest.

-Recovered firearm from Highway 31 and Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a Ruger handgun.

Nov. 4

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a green leafy substance wrapped in cigar paper believed to be marijuana.

-Welfare check from the 100 block of Tall Timber Road.

-Information only from the 200 block of Park Village Circle.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 90 block of 12th Avenue Southeast. Stolen was an Acer laptop valued at $550.

-Criminal mischief from the 10900 block of Highway 119 (church). Listed plastic children’s items valued at $230 total.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument from Regions Bank, Bankhead Office, 3655 Roswell Road, Atlanta, Ga. (bank). Forged counterfeited was a Thompson Middle School check drawn on Regions Bank.

-Information from the 100 block of Red Bay Drive, Maylene.

-Theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen were two female pit bulls valued at $150.

-For information only from undisclosed. Stolen was a pool sand filter for an in ground pool, PVC piping, etc. valued at $800.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from an unknown area of California (department store).

-Animal compliant from 1424 King George Drive.

-Theft of property/unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 250 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Confiscated, seized were two generic Lortab 1.7 gram and one Clonazepam less than 1 gram. Stolen and recovered was electronic merchandise valued at $280.84.

-Found property from the Oliver Garden parking lot (restaurant). Recovered was a wallet containing an Alabama driver’s license, Social Security card and a credit card valued at $50.

-Identity theft from unknown Wal-Mart (department store).

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Second Avenue Northwest. Stolen were vegetables and fruit and 10 wire tomato cages valued at $100.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 block of Fulton Springs Road.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 31 at 11th Avenue Southeast (parking lot, garage). Recovered were 1.5 grams of Xanax.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 700 block of Fourth Place Southwest (restaurant).

-Open door from the 100 block of Airpark Industrial Road (construction).

-Information only from Uganda or New Jersey (other, unknown).

-Animal complaint from 500 Highway 119 South (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from Grand View Pass (highway, street). Stolen were a lady’s wallet valued at $25, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20, a prescription card and $40 in cash.

-Assault/resisting arrest/public intoxication from Highway 119 (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle/theft of property from 881 Third St. N.E. (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1998 Toyota in the amount of $150. Stolen was 4 gallons of regular unleaded fuel valued at $15.

-Abandoned vehicle from Highway 119/Lady Bug Lane (highway, street). Listed was a GMC Sierra.

-Criminal trespassing from Windsor Court.

-Welfare check from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of First Street North (jail, prison). Damaged in the amount of $45 was a jail cell mattress.

-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft from 132 Highway 87 (service, gas station). (Suffix 1). Stolen were a purse valued at $50, a wallet valued at $25, $30 in cash, $100 in assorted gift cards, a Blackberry valued at $225 and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $18.50.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol/possession of marijuana from 11431 Alabama Highway 25 (highway, street). (Suffix 1). Listed were a smoking pipe containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, two open packs of JOB rolling papers, a small pair of metal scissors and a plastic bowl containing a green leafy substance, cut stems and seeds believed to be an undetermined amount of marijuana.

Recovered were .7 grams of crystal meth valued at $100, a glass pipe used for smoking meth valued at $5 and a digital scale used for weighing narcotics valued at $20.

-Identity theft from the 400 block of Tocoa Road (bank).

-Burglary from the 6000 block of County Road 13, Stolen were a Mossberg 500 shotgun valued at $240, a New England Model shotgun valued at $200, two unknown bolt-action shotguns valued at $160 and $200, $40 in bills and a sports watch valued at $50.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle (highway, street). Stolen was a 2008 Ford F-450 Super Duty valued at $40,000.

-Theft of property/criminal trespass from Wal-Mart, 2181 Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were five bags of cart litter valued at $49.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Weatherly Way (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two plastic Baggies each containing suspected marijuana valued at $15.

-Theft of property from the parking lot of Pub 261, 9340 Helena Road. Stolen was a 1993 Ford Ranger valued at $2,000.
