The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 9-17:

Nov. 9

-Welfare check from Fairmont Circle, Birmingham. (Suffix 02).

Nov. 10

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Westover.

-Theft of property from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Stolen were $20 worth of unleaded gasoline.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from Kings Way, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2006 Dodge Ram tuck in the amount of $700.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage, residence, home).

-Property recovery from Highway 431, Wilsonville (highway, street). Recovered were a purse and wallet.

-Death investigation from the 1700 block of County Road 56, Wilsonville.

-Fraudulent use of debit/credit card from the 200 block of Hawthorne Street, Birmingham (commercial).

-Theft of property from Diamond Lane, Montevallo. Stolen were tools and equipment valued at $825.

-Theft of property from Wendy’s from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen was $6,000 in cash.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 7400 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. Stolen were a purse valued at $50, a $100 money order, three credit cards, three rings valued at $250, a food stamp card, keys and $50 in cash.

-Burglary/theft from the 700 block of Hidden Ridge, Chelsea. Stolen were a Toshiba item valued at $1,500 and jewelry valued at $250.

-Burglary from the 500 block Indian Valley Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were two Sony Vaio laptop computers valued at $2,000 total and a Fuji Film “Fine Pix” valued at $100.

Nov. 11

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 20000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of Saeason Road, Sterrett (other, unknown).

-Domestic violence harassment from the 400 block of Highway 406, Shelby.

-Agency assist-forensic processing from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (government, public building). Listed was an HP Pavilion desktop computer.

-Damage to property from the 5200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Damaged was a 1997 Toyota 4Runner.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Asberry Lane, Montevallo.

-Property damage from County Road 26 at Shady Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Honda Accord.

-Property damage from Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 5300 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham. Involved a 2000 Honda Civic.

-Property damage from the 6200 block of County Road 61, Wilsonville (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $2,000 was an AT&T phone line.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2500 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous from the 4600 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station).

-Suicide attempt from Brook Highland Ridge, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Barnett Street, Montevallo.

-Fraudulent use of debit/credit card from the 500 block of Season Road, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from the 16600 block of County Road 42, Shelby. Stolen was a 2001 24-foot Lowe pontoon boat with 90 horsepower Johnson outboard motor valued at $12,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 7800 block of Chesapeake Circle, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were three Dell computers valued at $1,500, a Tom Tom global positioning unit valued at $150, DVDs, CDs and two bags of men’s clothing.

-Rape from Calumet Drive, Birmingham.

Nov. 12

-Use of false identity to obstruct justice from Kangaroo Station on Key Drive, Birmingham (service, gas station).

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered were jewelry, makeup items, a mirror, eye drops and a glass perfume bottle.

-Identity theft from the 13000 block of Highway 73, Wilsonville.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Confiscated, seized was an improvised pipe with residue inside.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Confiscated, seized were a glass pipe with possible marijuana residue and a ladies’ Fossil wristwatch.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Mountain Run, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Highway 25 and County Road 41, Dunnavant (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief/theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 50, Vandiver. Damaged in the amount of $500 was a mobile home. Stolen were an exterior door, wiring and a meter box in the amount of $500.

-Civil dispute from Forest Lakes Circle, Sterrett.

-Public intoxication/carrying a pistol without a license from the 4300 block of South Shades Crest Road, Helena (other, unknown). Recovered were a Raven Arms MP-25 automatic handgun, a Drawuer & Co. leather holster and two fullmetal jacket ammunition items.

-Civil dispute from Snow Drive, Alabaster (other, unknown).

-Miscellaneous incident from Town Creek Apartments, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 12000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (parking lot, garage).

-Harassment from the 2000 block of Buttewoods Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft by deception from the 2000 block of Highway 47, Chelsea. Stolen was a Money Gram money order valued at $2,880.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Highway 305, Columbiana. Stolen was a Sig Sauer 226 9 mm firearm valued at $1,200.

-Burglary from the 500 block of Highway 203, Montevallo. Stolen was an Insignia 42-inch plasma television valued at $549.

Nov. 13

-Juvenile runaway from the 1500 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville.

-Property damage from Chelsea Wal-Mart, from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (commercial). Damaged was a 2009 Toyota Camry.

-Harassment/criminal trespass from the 1900 block of Highway 77, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver.

-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Chevrolet Pacifica.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Canter Way, Alabaster.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 200 block of Murry Drive, Montevallo (highway, street).

-Death investigation from Highway 280 at County Road 55, Westover (highway, street). Listed as damaged were a 2004 Ford Mustang in the amount of $20,000 and a 1995 Chevrolet Lumina van in the amount of $15,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. Highway 280 at County Road 55, Westover (highway, street). (Suffix 02). Confiscated, seized was 5.3 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Property damage from Kenley Way, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 BMW.

-Criminal mischief from Sharpe Street, Sterrett. Damaged was a Lexington ES 335 tire in the amount of $85.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Virginia Way, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of County Road 7, Wilsonville. Stolen were a credit card and a Visa card.

-Theft of property from Eagle Creek Cove, Birmingham. Stolen were a solid gold rope chain necklace 24-30-inches valued at between $3,000 and $5,000, 20 Lortab 500, 20 Tylox 500, 10 Ambien and a pair of Dansko leather shoes valued at $120.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle/theft of property from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Hyundai in the amount of $300. Stolen was a Clinique makeup bag valued at $300.

-Burglary from Brantleyville Court, Maylene.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. Highway 280 at County Road 55, Westover (highway, street). (Suffix 01). Confiscated, seized were 2 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

Nov. 14

-Domestic investigation from 280 and County Road 43, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Structure fire from the 5600 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville. Damaged was a residential home.

-Property damage from Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged were a hood, grill, bumper, left front quarter panel and headlight in the amount of $1,800 total.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 5000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Cherokee Trail, Pelham.

-Resisting arrest from the 100 block of Vantana Drive, Columbiana.

-Fire investigation from the 1000 block of Cole Circle, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Public intoxication/resisting arrest from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Domestic violence harassment/minor in consumption of alcohol from the 4000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 23000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana (highway, street).

-Property damage from the 4000 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Chevrolet.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Emerald Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from Bonnie Blue Lane, Columbiana.

-Driving under the influence from U.S. Highway 280 at Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Riverwalk Drive, Wilsonville (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Depot Street, Wilton. Stolen was $350.

Nov. 15

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1700 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (jail, prison). Confiscated, seized were two small plastic containers of approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana.

-Hindering prosecution or apprehension of the 100 block of Brantleyville Road, Maylene.

-Resisting arrest from the 100 block of Brantleyville Road, Maylene. (Same case number as above).

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 400 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.

-Menacing from Highway 43 at Highway 25, Vandiver (highway, street). (Suffix 02).

-Menacing from Highway 43 at Highway 25, Vandiver (highway, street). (Suffix 01).

-Property damage from the 1500 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (highway, street). Damaged was a fence post for a barbed wire fence in the amount of $75.

-Property damage from Highway 280 and Highway 119 near the BP Gas Station, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 1992 Ford Crown Victoria.

-Home repair fraud from the 5200 block of Broken Bow Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a insurance claim payment in the amount of $3,241.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4400 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Maplecrest, Westover (restaurant). Damaged was a front door.

-Assault from the 49000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett (convenience store).

-Theft of property from 5746 Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Stolen were a MacBook valued at $3,000, headphones valued at $200 and a backpack valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville. Stolen was a 1998 Ford Mustang valued at $5,000.

-Theft of property from Game Fish Court, Shelby (lake, waterway). Stolen was a 2001 Sea Doo Bombardier.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Highway 333, Columbiana (other, unknown). Stolen was a seven-doll American Girl doll collection valued at $2,000.

Nov. 16

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of North Horton Road, Wilsonville.

-Dogs running loose-vicious from the 6700 block of Lyndon Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Property damage from Highway 280 West and County Road 41 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Taurus.

-Miscellaneous (child in need of supervision) from the 100 block of Spider Lily Lane, Maylene.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 6200 block of U.S. 280 East (highway, street). Recovered wee 8.75 grams of green leafy substance and a water bong.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Walker Run, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Highway 36, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Buick.

-Disorderly conduct/use of force from the 5200 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Kelly Drive, Chelsea. Listed was compound bow valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were Wii items and a Samsung DVD player valued at $339.97 total.

-Theft of property from the 8600 block of County Road 11, Chelsea. Stolen were an electronic lock box valued at $100 and a real estate sigh and post valued at $50.

-Burglary from the 6500 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham. Stolen were to flat screen televisions valued at $1,640, clothing valued at $4,000 and a Samsung blue ray player valued at $100. Damaged in the amount of $100 was a sliding glass door.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was a 42-inch Vizio LCD valued at $748.

-Robbery/theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were perfume and cologne valued at $117 and a coffee drink valued at $2.48.

Nov. 17

-Fire investigation from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham. Burned were a Ford F-150 and a Honda Odyssey.
