The Oak Mountain High School wrestling team fell to Vestavia Hills 51-27 in a match Dec. 8.

Five Oak Mountain wrestlers won their individual matches against the Rebels.

Oak Mountain 145-pounder Angus McBee pinned the Rebels’ Raymond Newton. Jeff Back of Oak Mountain pinned Vestavia Hills’ Jamie Gaylor in 171-pound action.

The Eagles’ Justin Woodall pinned Dalton Campbell of Vestavia Hills in the 189-pound match. Lloyd Time of Oak Mountain earned an 11-4 decison over the Rebels’ Jose Casanova in the 215-pound match.

Oak Mountain 125-pounder Jared Godfrey won by forfeit.
