Paul Rodgers Frank passed away at his home on Monday, Dec. 20, 2010. He was born on Nov. 29, 1928 in Lexington, Ky. He served in the Korean War in the Naval Air Division as a Hurricane Hunter. He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University in Chicago, Ill.  Paul retired from Sears in 1990 and served on the staff at Metropolitan Church of God for nine years. He is preceded in death by his parents Rev. and Mrs. A.J. Frank; sons, Don Frank and Randy Frank; and grandson, Scott Frank.

Paul is survived by his loving wife Sue Knox Frank; son, Greg Frank (Lisa); granddaughters, Nicole and Lindsay Frank; daughter, Lisa Frank Oros; brothers, Anton J. Frank of Columbia, S.C., Robert Frank (Marian) of Louisville, Ky., and John Frank (Mary) of Louisville, Ky.; sister, Mary Caldwell (Charles) of Melbourne, Fla.; sister-in-law, Dean Moore of Acworth, Ga.; and a host of nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation on Wednesday, Dec. 22 from noon-2 p.m. with the funeral services at 2 p.m. all taking place at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. Dr. Raymond Culpepper and Dr. Floyd Carey will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UAB Cancer Research. The family would like to thank their Pastor Mark Schrade, their family, and their church family at Metro for all the prayers and support.
