COLUMBIANA – The Shelby County Property Tax Office will be closed for Christmas Friday, Dec. 24 and Monday, Dec. 27.

The office will also be closed for the New Year’s holidays Friday, Dec. 31 and Monday, Jan. 3, 2011.

Property taxes will not be considered delinquent if they are postmarked by Dec. 31.

The Shelby County Property Tax Office will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011 at 8 a.m.
