The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Dec. 13-21:

Dec. 13

-Miscellaneous information from County Road 47 and Chelsea Corners Shopping Center (parking lot, garage). Recovered were 10.5 Baclofen 20-milligram pills.

Dec. 14

-Death investigation from the 2600 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Cabin Wood Lane, Westover.

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Whisenhunt Road, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Petal Fall, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Highway 8, Wilton.

-Theft of property from a cell site on Foot Hills Trace, Chelsea (other, unknown). Stolen a copper ground from an exterior shelter valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 23000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (other, unknown). Stolen were two copper bus bars and wires valued at $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 3000 block of Somerset Trace, Birmingham. Stolen were a billfold valued at $20, student ID and $20.

Dec. 15

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Lane, Bessemer. (Suffix 02).

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Lane, Bessemer. (Suffix 01).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 8400 block of Highway 155.

-Death investigation from the 15000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Theft of property – shoplifting from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (convenience store). Stolen was High Gravity beer valued at $29 total.

-Lost property from unknown. Listed was a Motorola walkie-talkie.

-Miscellaneous report (suicide attempt) from Panorama Point, Shelby.

-Structure fire from the 100 block of Waxahatchee Road, Shelby. Damaged was a ceiling/roof.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from East Inverness Parkway/U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Lane, Bessemer. (Suffix 01).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 4700 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham.

-Theft of services from Residence Inn By Marriott, Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (hotel, motel).

-Community notification violation from Bibb Correctional Facility, Brent (jail, prison).

-Terrorist threat from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).

Dec. 16

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Pin Oak Drive, Chelsea.

-Structure fire from the 46000 block of Highway 25, Vincent.

-Promoting prison contraband from the Shelby County Jail, Columbiana (jail, prison). Confiscated, seized were 10 individually rolled cigarettes.

-Harassment from Shelby County Jail, Columbiana (jail, prison).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Drive, Bessemer.

-Harassment from the 300 block of Reed Creek Drive, Shelby.

-Reckless endangerment from Alabama 119 and Oakdale (highway, street).

-Recovered property from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (government, public building). Recovered was a Revelation 350H shotgun.

-Missing person from Publix, Lee Branch, Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (commercial).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Willow Ridge Lane, Indian Springs. Stolen was a package of fruit valued at $10.

-Property damage from the 2700 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe.

-Criminal mischief from the 550 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham. Damaged was a window.

-Property damage from 280 West at Cheshire Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Explorer.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Missionary Ridge, Birmingham (commercial).

-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle from the 10000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2001 Audi.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Dead Hollow Road North, Harpersville. Stolen was a mailbox valued at $40.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Joseph Drive, Chelsea (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a credit card.

-Burglary from Lime Creek Circle, Chelsea. Stolen were boots valued at $80, games, an iPod Touch valued at $249, purses and wallets.

-Burglary from the 4200 block of South Shades Crest Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a door and frame in the amount of $750.

-Burglary from the 9100 block of Bluff Ridge Road, Bessemer. Damaged were two interior doors (kicked in). Stolen was a 48-inch Panasonic plasma television valued at $5,000.

-Burglary from the 7000 block of Highway 25, Montevallo (commercial). Stolen was copper.

Dec. 17

-Recovered property – stolen auto/recovered property from Highway 25 at the railroad tracks, Dunnavant (highway, street). Recovered was a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Death investigation from the 4800 block of Caldwell Mill Lane, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast, Alabaster (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280 at Wal-mart, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were two Leapster 2 learning systems valued at $49.97, a cell phone valued at $98.88 and a car charger valued at $14.96.

-Recovered property from the 1000 block of Emerald Ridge Drive, Calera. Confiscated, seized was a Remington .410-gauge long gun.

-Adultery/harassing communications from North Fork Circle, Chelsea.

-Trespassing from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Civil dispute from Line Creek Lane, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from 11 and 26, Chelsea (service, gas station).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. Stolen were two purses, a wallet, cards, a digital camera and about $100 in cash.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Stolen were two key/clickers and a smart key

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea. Stolen were two Apple iPods valued at $500 total, a buck knife valued at $50, a Beretta 9mm firearm valued at $400 and a Real Tree camo backpack valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Stolen were a Acer Aspire, a messenger bag, a hard drive, a canvas bag, a PDA and three SD photo cards.

-Breaking and entering vehicle from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. Stolen was a pocketbook with contents including $50 in cash valued at $100 and two truck keys valued at $10.

-Burglary/theft of property from Carroll Road, Wilsonville. Stolen were fishing rods and reels valued at $1,500, a tackle box with tackle valued at $1,500, a 12-inch chainsaw valued t $100, a bench grinder valued at $50 and a galvanized toolbox valued at $50.

-Burglary from the 3000 block of County Road 13, Helena.

-Burglary from the 5400 block of County Road 47, Shelby.

Dec. 18

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Narrows Reach Way, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized was a plastic Baggie with 2 grams of marijuana.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station). (Suffix 02). Stolen were three Armor Vienna sausage items valued $3.27.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Property damage from the 5000 block of Willow Way, Birmingham. Damaged was a brick mailbox.

-Harassment from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea, Wal-mart (supermarket).

-Criminal surveillance from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1200 block of Highway 467, Vincent.

-Criminal mischief from a parking lot near the 2200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 1998 Chevrolet Lumina.

-Domestic investigation from the 1700 block of Morning Son Circle, Birmingham.

-Suicidal person from Spirngfield Loop, Birmingham.

-Public intoxication from the 13500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Theft from the 2400 block of Highway 25, Wilton (convenience store). Stolen was a $492.11 in U.S. currency. Recovered was a bad or fake check.

-Domestic investigation from Chelsea Ridge Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 53700 block of Highway 25, Vandiver.

-Criminal mischief from Meadow View Road, Maylene. Damaged was a structure in the amount of $750.

-Assault from the 2200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 3500 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was a debit card valued at $807.66.

-Theft of property from the 53700 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Stolen was $468 in cash, a diamond engagement ring valued at $2,000, 60 Lithium pills valued at $4 and 90 Klonopin 1-milligram tablets valued at $4.

-Assault from Fields Drive, Montevallo.

-Robbery/theft from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Robbery from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station). (Suffix 01).

Dec. 19

-Juvenile runaway from the 200 block of Pickle Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 5000 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence/assault from the 3300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 14000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Stolen were four Mastercraft tires valued at $450.80 and four 16-inch factory Chevrolet rims valued at $1,000.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Wood Cove, Wilsonville. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Suicide attempt from Sheila Point, Shelby.

-Structure fire from Pope Street, Wilsonville.

-Criminal mischief from the 1600 block of Highway 61, Columbiana. Damaged was a plastic mailbox in the amount of $20.

-Domestic investigation from the 1900 block of County Road 46, Shelby.

-Property damage from Sweet Gum Lane, Chelsea. Damaged was a 1996 Lexus.

-Dogs at large/animal bite from the 4900 block of Highway 25, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation from the 2500 block of Kanawha Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Highway 47, Columbiana. Stolen were four 22-inch rims valued at $700 and four 22-inch tires valued at $800.

-Burglary from the 6000 block of White Tail Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a 40-inch Sony flat screen television valued at $1,200 and a PlayStation 3 valued at $300.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from County Road 55 and County Road 43, Vandiver (highway, street). Recovered were 13 10-milligram Methodone pills approximately 2.6 grams valued at $104 and one crack cocaine rock approximately 1 gram valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham, Shell Station (service, gas station). Damaged was a glass door in the amount of $300.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from Waveland, Miss. (other, unknown).

Dec. 20

-Domestic investigation from Bluebird Drive, Maylene.

-Domestic investigation from Long Meadow Mobile Home Park, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Dover Cliff Circle, Birmingham. Damaged as a 1996 Volvo in the amount of $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo. Damaged was a 2002 Dodge Neon in the amount of $200.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of County Road 50, Vandiver (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from the 8000 block of Highway 11/Bradberry Racing, Chelsea (commercial).

-Cruelty to animals from Fields Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 7200 block of Highway 10, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 27000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 12000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from County Road 400 Boat Launch, Shelby (lake, waterway). Damaged was a 2005 Ford F-250 in the amount of $250. Stolen were a Sony camera valued at $100, a Case pocketknife valued at $40 and $2 in coins.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 2300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Stolen was a check card valued at $896.65.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 800 block of Meadow Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited was a debit card valued at $1,973.58.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card form the 400 block of Highway 442, Sterrett (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited were checks valued at $85.58, $155.51, $139.87, $196.56 and $131.40.

-Death investigation from Barnett Street, Montevallo. Damaged, destroyed were various medications.

Dec. 21

-Property damage from County Road 47 at County Road 446, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from U.S. 280 at Cedar Lane (highway, street).
