Frances Stano Connell, age 82, of Montevallo passed away, Tuesday, Jan. 4 at her residence. Mrs. Connell was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Waters; and brother, William Green. She is survived by three sons, Skip, Charlie and Alan Stano, all of Montevallo; one daughter, Emma Jean Little, of Montevallo; two brothers, Ernest Green of Virginia; Bill Green, Texas.; three sisters, Nancy Robbins, Texas; Rose Emfinger and Chris Benge, both of Montevallo; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel, Montevallo, Saturday, Jan. 8 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be at the chapel, Sunday, Jan. 9 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Dennis Draper officiating.
