County schools to delay opening; Hoover schools to close

Shelby County Schools and administrative offices will delay opening for two hours Tuesday, Jan. 11.
Buses will also run on a two hour delay.
Hoover City Schools will be closed all day Tuesday, Jan. 11.
The following Shelby County private schools will also be closed Tuesday, Jan. 11: Briarwood Christian School, Coosa Valley Academy, Cornerstone Christian School and Hilltop Montessori School.
The University of Montavallo and Samford University will open at 10 a.m.
