-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from South Colonial Promenade (highway, street). Confiscated, seized 33 pieces of small white pills believed to be Xanax and two white round pills believed to be acetaminophen codeine.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Acorn Circle.

-Theft of property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (commercial). Stolen were two 20-packs of chicken valued at $37.38.

-Found property from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Listed were Guatemala ID papers, American Eagle jeans and 27 cents in U.S. currency.

-Burglary/theft of property from Peavine Trailer Park. Stolen were children’s clothing valued at $150 and a Dell hard drive valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of U.S. Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen were a Duracell six-count AAA batteries item valued at $6.37.

-Criminal mischief from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle.

Dec. 25

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Warrior Drive (government, public building). Damaged was a toilet paper holder in the amount of $50.

-Attempting to elude/abandoned vehicle from King Charles Circle (highway, street).

-Reckless endangerment/damage to property from the 1400 block of Royalty Drive. Damaged were a crepe myrtle in the amount of $500 and 200 feet of sod in the amount of $300.

-Menacing from Interstate 65 Northbound near Exit 238 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a Sig Sauer firearm valued at $400.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawful possession of prescription medication from the 100 block of Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were two glass pipes believed to be used to smoke crack cocaine and three Imipramine 25-milligram round pills.

-Criminal mischief from the 1300 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Pontiac GTO in the amount of $200.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Seventh Avenue Southeast at Seventh Court Southeast. Confiscated, seized were .5 grams, a cellophane bag containing a white substance believed to be crack cocaine.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 68 at County Road 11 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 10.25 grams, a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance appearing to be marijuana.

-Domestic dispute/criminal mischief from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast. Damaged was a 1999 Cadillac in the amount of $150.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassing communications from 1240 Second Avenue Southwest.

-Damage to property from the 3000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (supermarket). Damaged was a passenger mirror in the amount of $150.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were .2 grams of a white rock like substance believed to be crack cocaine.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 500 block of Windsor Court. Damaged was a collectible ceramic piece from Peru in the amount of $50.

-Found property from Little Caesar’s Pizza (commercial).

-Information from the 1500 block of King George Drive.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Scarlet Oak Drive.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive. Stolen were two Capitol One credit card charges valued at $13.26 total.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of U.S. Highway 31 South (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at $9.19.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2006 Mercedes valued at $15,000.

-Forgery from the 200 block of West College Street (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited was a United States Treasury check in the amount of $259.

-Giving false name to law enforcement officer/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 19000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were three Xanax, four Clonazepam, a blue pill grinder and a 3-inch tube used to sniff drugs. (Suffix A).

-Found property from one half mile south of Exit 246 on Interstate 65 North (highway, street). Recovered were a Smith and Wesson .38-caliber firearm valued at $50 and five Hornady self-defense rounds valued at $5.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Glengerry Drive.

-Domestic violence from the 600 block of Huntley Apartments Drive.  Recovered was a Beretta 12-gauge shotgun valued at $300.
